very dismissive and sarcastic when I ask normal questions about my health, make mistakes on prescriptions. dismissed reported symptoms. Rest of clinic is great, low wait time great staff other doctor, physician assistants and staff. low wait times very helpful. will try to stay at clinic but will change to different doctor or physician assistant.....

New to Colorado, we took a chance with a nearby family doctor. As a retired RN, I have come across both good and bad doctors. Dr. Tormohlen is one of the BEST! I have a complicated history and he addressed each concern with expertise, kindness and respect. He collaborates with the patient which is so rare these days. My husband is also very happy with the care he is receiving. Every interaction with staff - front desk, MA, lab and billing has been very good. We are so glad we found Forum Family Medicine and Dr. Tormohlen

He brushed off an obvious autoimmune disease that is easily manageable if diagnosed. Casually mentioned it to my next Dr who addressed it emmediately. Labeled me an antivaxxer because I didn't want to take ibuprofen every day for the rest of my life. This was for an issue that is easily fixed with a good round of physical therapy and continued focused exercises.Faulsly diagnosed me with a condition that absolutely went opposed to my symptoms. Said 'I don't think women should take hormones.' Exact quote. He's great with my husband. Not sure if his lack of care (or counter-care) was directly toward me or if he has a problem with women in general. I would avoid him

Dr Tormohlen is one of the best family doctors anyone can ask for. He has treated me for years and I am unfortunate that I had to move out of state and not be able to continue having him as my primery doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Tormohlen for many years, he has always been able to take care of any issues I have had, and is such a terrific person to talk with. I hope I never have to go to anyone else.

We did a telephone visit, because it was during Covid and I didn’t want to go in person. Dr. T must’ve spent 45 minutes with me as there were many issues with my health that were imminent. He even called my rheumatologist to try to figure out a solution to a particular problem!

Dr. Tormohlen has been my doctor for more than 20 years. I have received optimum care from one of the very best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tormohlen for over 15 years & he is so kind, caring, and thorough. I can't imagine being taken care of my any other doctor.

Last year I moved with the family to Tampa, FL and I have to say that I truly miss Dr. Tormohlen. It's really hard to find someone who cares about their patients, and yes, it took me a while to find the right doctor in my area, but I found it! And I really appreciate Dr. Tormohlen taking good care of me and my wife for about 7 years. Very caring, always followed up on us, discussed results and took his time to answer all questions that I had.

The website is difficult to navigate through and find pertinent information. I do not care for the automated answering and directing of calls in the slightest as it looses the personal feel of your practice immediately. The necessity of filling out paperwork online prior to making an appointment is absurd. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Tromohlen for 15+ years! I've even gone as far as to keep him as my Dr. since moving 50 miles away 9 yeas ago. He's very understanding, open minded and is not a "prescription pusher" which seems hard to find anymore.

Dr. Tormohlen was very patient and took the time to listen and assess my symptoms. I did not feel rushed, and felt that my questions were answered in a way that I could easily understand.

Dr. Tormohlen is an excellent physician and has a great bedside manner. He has always taken time with me when I am in his office. He is fast to respond to any on line requests I have.

Patient care and staff interaction was abysmal. My husband went in for a routine exam with Dr. Tormohlen and got back some results that were not within the normal range. The doctor never called to report his results to him, but instead we discovered them over a week later when we logged on to look at his results.
