I took my daughter to Dr. Mulvey back in 2016 after an eye doctor referred me because he noticed some eye muscle weakness. She looked at my daughter for 5 mins and told me that she did not notice anything and she was fine. Today, 5 years later, another eye doctor noticed the same eye muscle weakness and referred me to get it checked out again. I made an appointment with another eye specialist and was told the exam would take 3 hours. This could have been addressed 5 years ago! And I also was billed and paid a $350.00 charge for my 5-minute appointment! Terrible experience!
