He gave an inappropriate grin upon introducing himself before surgery. I had difficulty during the procedure. Can't give him any credit. Choose another provider.

Caldwell does not inspire confidence. Make another selection. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wong from the same practice, Oregon Anesthesiology Group. I had Dr. Wong twice before in surgery and he was perfect. Really cares about his patients. All went well.
