Dr Zweibelle is fantastic! The office runs efficiently. NOW, I WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE THE MOST IRRITATING REMINDER NOTIFICATION SYSTEM. I HAVE GOTTEN PHONE CALLS AND TXTING
.THREE AND FOUR TIMES DAY FOR WEEKS. ONE REMINDER IS ENOUGH
BEYOND ANNOYING!

I’ve been a patient of Dr zybelle for years I find him to be great doctor but I find it impossible not to deal with the office I think you guys got too big for yourself I had a problem with the prescription took me two days and four phone calls to rectify it you’re losing the personal touch

Secondary eye exam for routine check up. Waited 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. Then waited another 40 minutes to see the doctor. All this while trying to social distance in what seemed like a factory environment.

Went in for an eye infection. Waited about 1/2 hr to see the doctor which is acceptable. Dr. Zweibel was very personable & Professional as he attended to the eye infection examination. I will follow up in 3 weeks.

This appointment was a follow up to cataract surgery. Surgery went very smooth but waiting time was very long. Follow up appointments were made in advance and therefore very convenient. I would have liked more dialog about what to expect after surgery as to length of time to expect complete healing and corrected vision arriving.
