Worst experience with this Doctor and her staff. Received a referral to see this doctor. Called multiple times to schedule an appointment. Never could get anyone to answer the phone, left messages and did not get a return phone call. When I finally did get a call back, I scheduled an appointment, which was 2 months out. They scheduled me a video call appointment. That day gets hear and they never showed for the appointment. Recommend using another doctor besides her. Her staff is the worse. If I was the doctor I would have fired them as soon as i saw a bad review like this.

It’s not the Dr…. But the Office Staff Phone etiqu
My mother has had 2 procedures with Dr Nasrollah that were great experiences. But trying to get someone to answer a phone or return a message is about the worst a professional office practice I have experienced after calling and leaving messages on every extension they have. I had to go into the office to make an appointment. Even if you have just a question that’s important to you may not be to them you must go in.

Terrible front office
Telehealth
It's almost impossible to reach someone at this office by phone or text and when you're at the office for your appointment, the front office staff are incredibly rude. I've been with this office for over four years and actually have a colonoscopy scheduled (which I'm sure will be incredibly difficult to cancel) but because I can't reach anyone, I'm changing doctors. I'm done.

She diagnosed me with colitis which I was suffering with for 5 years. They kept telling me its hemorrhoids. She started me on the medicine and worked on very tight schedule. Colitis is not fun. Any little thing can make you flare. Im happy I found her and Uncomfortable with her knowledge and follow ups. Happy to say I am in remission now

Terrific G.I. M.D. Specialist
I'm very grateful to be in the care of Dr. Nasrolla. She's patient, addresses all concerns and is thorough. I was on a 5-yr follow-up plan, however, now on a 3-yr follow-up plan. CMH's G.I. clinic was a positive experience. All the nurses were so accommodating and professional as well.

Simply the best!
I love this beautiful doctor. She is kind and compassionate and one heck of a doctor. My procedure went very smooth and her bedside manner was so sweet and kind. I would highly recommend her. The staff with her were great also. I will continue to treat with her.

Avoid this doctor
Very poor communication. Lack of follow through. If test results are fine, will dismiss you instead of trying harder to find cause of symptoms. When primary Dr. referred me to her (having every symptom on chronic pancreatitis), no consult was scheduled. Instead tests here, there and everywhere were scheduled. Results of tests never shared with me. Colonoscopy/ Endoscopy were scheduled (still no consult with her). She appeared 30 seconds before I was knocked out - had no time to discuss my prolonged symptoms or ask any questions. Weeks pass and still no communication about procedure results. Had to track her down since no clue where her office was (because no consult or appt. to discuss anything with me). After several calls and a few angry messages, someone from one of her offices called to say all results were fine and dismissed me. Meanwhile I still have pain each time I eat, tender/bloated upper abdomin, very loose/watery bowels, etc. Avoid this doctor.

Does not know anything about Crohns Disease. Took me off a very important medication and I relapsed. I had been in remission for 20 years. Very irresponsible.

I will not be returning to this clinic. My mom was referred to this Dr. While the dr was nice, it was very hard communicating with her and her staff. The only time they would respond to any of messages is when I would be at the end of my patience and start leaving frustrated and angry messages to call me back. She didn't request regular blood tests and was always going on outdated information. Explaining that to her medical assistant seemed to not sink in. Coordinating any procedures was a nightmare as the clinic would sit on the orders and not send them. She stopped all of my mothers medications, without putting her on any kind of treatment, which complicated her system even more. I now understand why it was much faster to see her than the county Dr. She must not have many patients because of this.

Nice personality, but would not recommend. Have been under her care for 4 months for a chronic illness and my experience has been frustrating and I lack trust in her and her staff. Under her “care” I have gone to the ER, prescriptions have been written incorrectly, orders have not been made properly, paperwork has been left incomplete, my disability insurance delayed and messages have been left unanswered. Her lack in communication and failure to pay attention to detail has been unbelievable.
