Uneasy
Sent by my PCP to her. Her office called and told me to stop my warfarin with no other instructions. Went in for this scope. Same here as the other reviews. I was scared! I called my cardiologist who said I had to use another medicine as a bridge while off the warfarin or I would be at extreme high risk for a stroke. She reprimanded us for my cardiologists treatment plan. I begged her to keep my other docs in the loop. I have a SIGNIFICANT cardiac history but she didn’t call them at all. . She discharged me from the GI lab after my scope with BLANK instructions that she signed. She drew labs. I asked what I needed to do and she told me go in the portal, get my own labs. No follow up instructions. Then she called and asked what my doctors want to do. Seems she puts treatment plan back on the patient so she doesn’t have any accountability. Wouldn’t you read the chart and make sure the patient was safe first. I guess not. We were dumbfounded and scared to death.

I met with Dr. Hajjafar a few times over about 1 1/2 years for my IBS. From the very first visit, she said I should get a colonoscopy. Since I was in my mid 40s and have no family history of colon cancer--and since colonoscopies & the prep terrify me--I resisted this. She gave me other suggestions, and things seemed okay for another visit or two. When she mentioned it again at another visit, and I resisted again, she seemed to get very frustrated with me and snapped, "Well if you don't want to have it done, don't do it!" I was shocked at her complete lack of compassion (or failure to realize that I was SCARED). I go to a physician to give me her medical advice based on her knowledge and training and experience, not to just tell me whatever will get me to shut up/leave her alone. I expect my doc to work *with me,* not against me. I have to feel that I can trust my doctor. After that incident, I no longer trusted her. I was relieved when I learned she had left the practice.

I had many symptoms All my life. Over the years of listening to my own body, I linked egg and dairy to my digestion issues. I cut these foods out but still didn't feel good even though I was eating a clean diet. I had a metabolic dr doing tests on me, I showed these tests to her. She barely glanced at them and didn't understand their meaning. My dr diagnosed me with animal fat malabsorption. It should have been obvious to her She didn't even know about hcl used to aid digestion Pushed psych meds
