She's a good surgeon but...
She was nice and pleasant and overall a good doctor but she has a few areas that could be improved. Like the fact that emergency surgery is threatened to be canceled by her office if you can't prepay. Or the fact that after surgery she gives you a 5 day supply of pain medicine refusing to give even one refill and just says that you aren't feeling pain from the surgery anymore it's just swelling that is making you feel pain and Telynol, ibuprofen, and ice are all you need. But I'm sure that my incision hurting isn't swelling, it's cause I had my leg cut open.

Dr. Gunnell is a great orthopedic surgeon. I had broken my fibula in a soccer injury and required surgery. About 15 & 1/2 weeks after the surgery I was back playing soccer at full strength. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Gunnell is an amazing Orthopedic Surgeon who is attentive, thorough and offers her full attention to you. I have had two fractures this past year with one requiring surgery. Dr. Gunnell handled my care with get ease, compassion, and expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Gunnell to anyone needing an Orthopedic consult. Dr. Gunnell's support and office team are so helpful, attentive, and professional too. They keep things on track and have you in and out of the office in a very timely and efficient manner.

Please DO NOT go to this Doctor - she lies and tells you different things every time one goes to her office. Her person that works with her is very hard to work with. They DO NOT care in how much pain one is in or how one feels. Wish i would NEVER would gone to this doctor.

Dr Gunnell is a wonderful, knowledgeable surgeon who is very competent and thorough. Her staff is also very friendly, approachable and helpful! The clinic is ran very efficiently and effective!
