Best personal doctor I ever had
IDr.Aragon is my physician for over 10 years now. I see Dr.Argon twice a year, once for routine check-up, once for complete checkup. Before I see Dr Aragon, she authorizes for bloodwork for CBC differential, lipid profile, glucose/A1C etc. to help her diagnosis my condition. When I go to see her, her nurse my weight, blood pressure and recordes the medicines. Then Dr.Aragon goes over all the results and advises me any life style changes, diet and consequences of if I do not take medications and not do exercises/walking. She also priscribes new medicines if necessary or adjusts the doses if required. She is respectfull and cares for my well-being. I feel much better and relaxed after her examination. Her health care and office staff are polite and treat me with dignity & respect. I get the appointment with ease and my waiting time in doctos office is minimal.

A good way to lose a patient is by not returning calls for a refill request. I called once a day for a week for a refill I was needing, leaving my phone number and requesting a call back. When I finally got someone, they said messages were left on MyChart, which I had never used before. To be fair, this problem wasn't all on Dr. Aragon, but I often felt she didn't listen/care when I met for a routine checkup for refills.

This practice feels like an assembly line. The office staff, with the exception of Dawn, is rude and does not accomdate reasonable needs of clients. When requesting medication refills I would typically have to call 2-3X before getting a response. I had to go to the office each time I needed a refill and the staff dictated a small window of time available to pick up the prescription. I was scolded by Dr Aragon when requesting times I could be reached to receive abnormal test results.

Frequently gets my med refills wrong that I've been taking for yrs and wants me to come every 3 months for refill. Asks me why I'm there and when I say for refill, she just writes one. That's too expensive just for a script. Frequently they don't return calls within 2-4 days and I have to go without my meds. She fusses about my weight that I've struggled with for years, but won't prescribe a med that works for me for that. Tells me to go to her weight clinic next door that costs $80 a visit mon.
