Love Dr. Campbell but the office is always a pain
Office could clearly see in Epic my daughter was seen in the ER the previous day, she was rushed out of the ER & forgot to ask for an excuse. Office would not give an excuse. In the past I've heard them yell out other patient's first & last names across the office. Sent complaint to AHN. Also in the past lost the first note from my daughter's brand specific 2 part vaccination record. Luckily the school had the 1st part on file. Lost it when they upgraded Epic. Right after we established they moved the office almost 30 miles away. We've been patient but we are done here.

I am someone who is very shy and generally have a hard time expressing what I want to say to doctors. Dr. Campbell is the first doctor I have felt so comfortable with. I am not afraid to ask her anything. She makes me feel like just another human being instead of doctor vs patient. I never leave reviews, but I wanted to leave this one.

Dr. Campbell is very attentive to my questions and always responds quickly on My Chart. I feel very comfortable with her and would highly recommend her! An excellent doctor.

Dr. Campbell is professional, very personable, listens well, then makes her diagnoses and treatment plan. For referrals and other medical issues, Dr. Campbell is quick to use her readily available computer accessing medical providers, medical services, and medical questions. Very modern with a down-to-earth very approachable manner. Her medical office staff make calling with questions and appointments effective and efficient and also approachable.

I had one visit with Dr. Campbell, and I felt comfortable as soon as I met her. She is very easy to talk to and I would recommend her very highly.
