Telehealth
Telehealth scheduled at 215. When I called to see where the link was to connect, I was told that I MIGHT get my appointment at 315 because they were behind and since this was a regular occurrence I needed to just accept this. When I asked to speak with an administrator, I got a voicemail and a nasty call from the nurse who hung up on me. I then received a letter canceling my care.

To inexperienced for complex situations. Does not have the skill set to evaluate patients with injuries after accidents. Referred me to physical therapy for pain following a car accident yet told my short term disabily insurance company there was nothing wrong with me. For a common cold I'm sure she's ok, but anything further and she's out of her league. Had I known of her short time treating and the school she attended beforehand I would have went elsewhere
