Personable, competent, spends time with me, follows through on promises, good about avoiding long office waits, engages me in my own medical care and decisions. One of best docs I have ever had. Highly recommend to others.

I found this physician to be not just a poor listener but one who doesn't listen at all. Patients deserve and should demand better care than what is offered at this office. They also relocated without telling patients ahead of time, only sending out a notice letter several weeks later.

Dr. Ortiz is a very good doctor. I must say though sometimes it is difficult to get a appointment due to her training of the SJH residents but, I knew this when I decided to have her as our family doctor. She has treated my husband with mild dementia and has been so kind, caring, understanding and compassionate. We are totally happy with Dr. Ortiz

Dr. Ortiz is very nice. It is concerning though, that when I went for an annual exam, including PAP, she only did the PAP and did not check my reflexes, listen to my heart/lungs, or any other typical physical exam procedures. It is not easy to get an appointment with Dr. Ortiz, but it is easy to get an appointment with another doctor in the practice. Dr. Ortiz nurse is VERY nice.
