I had previously had an IUD placed at another gynecologist. They had done a terrible job and cut the strings so short that they were stabbing and causing my boyfriend to bleed during intercourse. I switched to Dr. Rodriguez and it was the best decision I have ever made. He is very kind and patient. Furthermore, he took the time to explain to me every step of the process. I was terrified of removing and replacing my IUD after my first experience, but with him it was painless.

Great doctor. He takes the time to listen to you, and he is not judgmental. He makes your feel very comfortable. His nurses are very nice as well. I have a long OBGYN history, and I forwarded all my records to his office before my first appointment. When I arrived, he had all my records printed out on his desk, and I could tell he had taken the time to go through it all. I have since moved from the Jacksonville area, and I have not been able to find an OBGYN nearly as good. I recommend him without hesitation. Un excelente doctor. If you want to be talked down to, not listened to, not respected in your requests and then dismissed because he cannot handle you having an emotional day then this is the doctor for you. If you want a man who doesn't understand the emotions and intellect of a woman this is the doctor for you.

Very thorough and informed

Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing doctor. When he is in the room with me he makes me feel as if I am the only patient he has. I feel like I can ask him anything and he will either know the answer or find out the answer. When in the office all of his staff has been nothing but courteous and understanding. I do not feel like I could have asked for a better doctor.

Dr. Rodriguez is simply the best! His bedside manner is impeccable. He was my first male gynecologist, so I was a little hesitant, but he made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. He was always very thorough and took the time to address any concerns I had. He delivered my daughter, and he made the whole experience enjoyable (if you can call birthing a child enjoyable). The only reason I'm no longer a patient of his is because I moved to Tampa. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Wow - Dr. Rodriguez sends out certified mail wanting to drop patients. I got one and a friend got one. His said I didn't make a follow up appt. I was gone for the summer! Also, he will do unnecessary procedures for women in perimenopause. My friends and I all had biopsies and endrometrial ablation and D&Cs. Stay away from Bonnie (NP), she will give you pain of 10 of 10 doing a simple Pap, or off the scales for biopsy (my friends and I had the same experience - PAIN and she couldn't get

I cannot say enough about him. He is caring, respectful, informative, patient, and everything you would want in an OBGYN. I'm so glad to have experienced both of my pregnancies with him and his staff. I recommend him to everyone!
