Very disappointed
I've seen Dr. Gattoc 3 times now and she is always in a hurry and not interested in answering my questions. She doesn't respond to My Chart questions and then her staff didn't respond to voicemail questions.

Calming and caring and excellent.
Would absolutely refer family and friends to Dr Gattoc. My only complaint is long wait in waiting room. She is kind, caring & excellent.

The staff is unprofessional. Go elswhere
The staff is unprofessional at this office. If you are trying to schedule and/or reschedule an appointment, be prepared to be "accidentally hung up" on multiple times or deal with unpleasant attitudes. I was in the waiting room when two of the front desk girls were rude to an elderly woman. If you want a physician who has years of experience and is comfortable answering questions, then go elsewhere. It's not worth the headache to deal with unprofessional medical staff.

Dr. Gattoc is kind, patient, and amazingly generous with her time. She came in to see me when she was supposed to be off for the day and truly saved me from a really hard situation.

When I received my diagnosis I felt like I was in a nightmare BUT Dr. Gattoc was so nice and made me feel at ease. She explained everything and NEVER, EVER makes me feel rushed or like she is Not listening while I asked my millions of questions :) She is the most compassionate doctor I have ever dealt with in my life (and I've unfortunately have dealt with quite a few.) LOVE HER!!!!

Dr Gattoc is THE most compassionate and caring doctor I know. Starting with her staff. I called several offices to get my Mom under the care of an oncologist gynecologist. No one would see my Mom timely. Dr Gattoc’s staff listened to our story, what my Mom was going through and had us come in for a consultation the same day. The following day she performed surgery. She treated my Mom like her own. To add, once recovered my Mom needed to see a GI. Dr Gattoc gave us a referral and continue
