Long wait every time
He has a terrific bedside manner - knowledgeable and kind - but the wait to see him and others in the practice is too long. I've consistently waited more than an hour, even in the early AM.

Uninterested in the problems of regular people.
He told me he couldn't do surgery on my ankle, and it was OK because "you're not an athlete, so it doesn't matter if you walk with a limp for the rest of your life. " Thank goodness I got a referral to a surgeon who cared right after. Now I can walk, run, and partake in other physical activities.

I have seen Dr. Mancini multiple times as my children are both athletes. He has always been courteous and knowledgeable. On occasion I’ve had to wait longer than usual but that seems to happen with any doctor.

I am giving this doctor and his office an F! I don't know the quality of the doctor as I waited an hour after my scheduled new patient appointment and finally left. My time is just as important as theirs and I will not waste any more time with this doctor or his office. Patients came well after me and were admitted to the rooms while I just waited. This is totally unacceptable behavior and customer service.
