Amazing
I can’t say enough good about Dr. Miller and his staff, particularly Jamie. Dr. Miller’s bedside manner is second to none. He is patient with the littles and even more patient with worried mommas. When I have needed someone after hours, Dr. Miller or Dr. Barham have been available to help which eased my momma heart. My family is extremely thankful and blessed to have him as our ENT. Jamie is the best allergy nurse around! My son and daughter do not like getting a shot from anyone else! My daughter has told other nurses that “Mrs. Jamie is the best shot giver!” For my youngest daughter, Jamie has mixed special “Elsa” allergy drops that magically heal her skin. I am extremely thankful for the extra attention given to my children. She truly cares about her patients. We are blessed to have her.

Dr. Miller is one of the most knowledgeable and courteous doctor’s in his field! I would trust him treating any member of my family! Dr. Miller has excellent bed side manners and he is very patient with his patients; never rushes you out of his office and will allow you to ask whatever questions you need. Excellent surgeon!

He is a great person. However billing needs to learn proper protocol if money is owed due to insurance not paying. You do not discuss this at the window of the waiting room. And you do not tell a person we will not see you till you pay this. First off payment was going to be made before I left. Second please know bcbs does not cover audiologist. I came very close to getting my file and walking out the door.
