I have NEVER seen a Dr that was so rude in my life my goodness!!! The fact that my concerns were ignored and overshadowed by him talking over me like I’m not capable to tell him what’s wrong with me. If I can’t explain to you the issues I’m having how can you tend to my health? His male nurse is rude on top of rude. The negative energy and poor treatment in this place is disturbing. No one answers the phone, insurance acceptance keeps changing even the hospitals that Dr. Walker is allowed in have changed so guess who finally changed ME I am so happy to get away from that place. You will find yourself better suited with another Dr. Dr. Walker said nothing about my results from testing. Now he doesn’t have to

I have been a patient of Dr Walkers for well over ten years. I love his care of his patients. He also has an excellent and helpful staff.The atmosphere is friendly and simply excellent.As a physician Dr. Walker has a great bedside manner, he will not hesitate to have you admitted to the hospital well before your condition gets out of control.In my book and in my opinion, he's one of the best,if not the best physician in Little Rock Arkansas,period.My husband also is now his patient,I have recommended several friends to Dr Walker as well,and each one has expressed to me just how. much they are satisfied with him being their physician.

Do not hear anything after being referred out for ultrasound, X-ray or other tests. Very difficult to make an appointments to followup on tests or anything. Asked to wait until my next scheduled three month appointment for test results. Supposedly, someone will call you if a problem exist with a test, but they don’t. A problem was discovered on ultrasound three and a half before and no one called me. After two days, finally got in to see Dr Walker and got referred to a specialist. I really like Dr Walker but don’t like the way his front office is run, referrals and followup on diagnostic tests, and wish he was more thorough in examinations.

Worst experience I've ever had with a so-called Medical "Professional". He refused to look at the medical problem between my legs---the only reason I was at his office. He said I should just "take a picture of it with my phone" and then--- he'd look at the photo"! He also stood-me-up for my first visit and I had to return three days later. And...he made sure that what my insurance didn't cover...I was required to pay! Nothing knowledgeable or professional about this person.

I have been patient for 14 years and would hate to leave because doesn't take my insurance anymore.

Wait time is too long, but that's because he has an overload of patients. He good and he saved my life when I had staph infection in my thumb. Wait time is just as longer for other PCP's that accept Arkansas Medicaid.

Dr.Walker is the best of the best, BUT the front receptionist is very rude and nasty to the patients. She makes me feel uncomfortable all the time i go in there. ill give 50 stars to dr.walker and the recp 0 stars

Dr Walker is a good doctor but his staff is so rude and unprofessional they don't know how to make his patients feel comfortable with him as their doctor

Save yourself time & visit a doctor who can get to the root of the problem without referring you to six other medical doctors. You will only create more bills and take more tests. Seats are dirty and medical assistants do not use gloves at all. The number of patients have declined because front desk receptionist is extremely rude & snappy at all times; office manager is loud, rude and obnoxious. Visiting this place only elevates your blood pressure. Doctor has lost control of his clinic.

Dr. Walker is a great doctor, HOWEVER, his office staff is VERY unprofessional. They are rude and ghetto. They make him look very bad. If he would hire some real professionals, his business would be alot better. Horrible customer service.

I like dr.walker but his staff is a different story. They never call you back when your there to see the doctor you sit in the waiting room forever then another wait when they call you back.its crazy!!!!

His wife pretends to be a nurse and she's not. She likes to give orders and his practice has gone down hill
