Awful experience, false charge patients
I would give a 0 star if I could. Beware of this place, Save your time and money, they false charge you. I went to see the doctor for my acne, she came in and gave me a tropical cream for 3 months the receptionist charged me the copay but they charged my insurance for an out patient procedure. Later I received a huge bill in my mail. I contacted them but they were rude and didn’t help in any way. They sent me mail if I do not pay they will send this to collections. Please make sure of what you pay for and ask precisely how much? and why it is needed? I have never seen these ridiculous acts by any doctor’s office.

Worst customer service. My doctor sent a referral letter to this office. I also faxed the letter by myself and saved the confirmation. I called the office 5 times before and after. I always got the answer 'we do not see your name in the system, we will call you back' but they never call you back.

Dr Hodges is both very personable and very professional, as well as exceptionally thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. She will be my dermatologist from now on. I went to their new facility in Murphy, and it was very impressive.

This is actually a follow-up to my first posting in January. She had noticed a spot in my ear, removed it, and sent it for biopsy. I suspect that it had been there a while and was missed by my previous dermatologist. Turned out to be an in situ melanoma and I was referred to a specialist in Mohs surgery and the surrounding site was clear. Like I said in my first review, a very thorough screening.

Dr. Hodges is a truly caring, attentive, smart, and innovative doctor. My family and I are happy to have found her, during which time she has treated me primarily for my acne but other issues as well. I would never trust anyone else besides Dr. Hodges to treat my skin as it is sensitive and scars easily. Importantly, her results have always been and continue to be extremely effective. Overall, Dr. Hodges is nothing short of incredible, and I feel lucky to have her as my dermatologist.

I would recommend Dr. Hodges to family and friends and in fact, do so on a regular basis! Glad she's moved closer to us in Dallas so it's a quicker drive! She's been my dermatologist for over a year and has been fabulous! Easy to make an appointment and great flow so I'm never waiting around long!!! Haven't felt pushed to do cosmetic stuff either - which is really important to me.

Dr. Hodge seems like she tries to hard to be nice to her patients she tries to make it look like she cares when in reality she just sees her patients as a paycheck. Thats how she makes you feel when shes in the room with and she also is really pushy.
