Unfair practices and unresponsive for medication r
Dr Balke would always take a long time to get your prescriptions to the pharmacy and never give refills. He wouldn't respond to the pharmacy requesting refills so I'd have to leave him a message and wait for a call back sometimes have to call twice or more. He never gives reminder messages or calls. If you miss a appointment he will charge you 4 times your normal appointment cost even if it's the first time. I am still trying to dispute the charge through my bank because he didn't give me a reminder card or anything and I misunderstood the appointment.

Dr Balke is very easy to talk with. His experience in his field is evident by his knowledge of psychiatry and well formed questions about neurology. He seems to be reliable in evaluating which medications are necessary and which have potential concerns. He strikes me as an honest medical doctor who would prescribe only medications that are needed and that may account for a vastly negative review by anyone requesting, and not succeeding, in getting controlled substances.
