Dr. Lena Franklin, MD

She's the first doctor I've had lie to me. She wanted to switch the anxiety medicine I had taken for the past 5 years. I told her I was open to it as long as it was something I could take only when needed and not something I needed to take everyday. A few weeks later I had really bad anxiety before an important work meeting so I took the new prescription. It did nothing and I had extreme anxiety throughout the whole meeting and barely made it through it. I called the office and explained the situation and the nurse said the new prescription was only effective if I took it everyday for a month. This is one of many bad experiences I've had with Dr Franklin. Do yourself a favor and find someone who knows what they're actually talking about.

Dr Franklin is truly an outlier among American doctors, in that she focuses on the patient rather than doing tests. I've never felt more at ease that my issues are being treated with care, professionalism and expertise. Unlike many other doctors, I never also feel rushed with her, she takes the time to answer all my question and is truly a patient advocate and role model for what a doctor should be. My only complaint is her schedule fills up very fast, which isn't surprising since she's so capab

Dr. Franklin is an excellent, caring doctor who actually listens to my concerns and then helps me make the best choices for my health. She always answers my emails quickly and thoughtfully and takes the time to follow-up with all of my concerns. I would and have recommended her to several family members and friends who agree she is a great doctor.

I have never felt so at ease and had so much trust in a doctor. She goes above and beyond!
