I'm extremely offended to find out renewing my medical necessary paperwork was being refused to be filled out because I can have modified 'sex' still so that bypasses all my ailments an disabilities an was told 'then you can take care of yourself ' even though I'm in long term care already with different aides and in home therapy separate from her. That was extremely sexiest, discrimination based on age (40 but disabled since 25), refusal to do legwork to establish me from my prior dr where there is copies of all this supporting evidence, and not looking at all diagnoses added collectively (which there is 59!). She refused to call me back to correct what I thought initially was a huge misunderstanding just like my insurance agent tried as well but was only being passed messages through a receptionists an lastly a very close minded non medical admistrator that basically parrotted the things I was first told. My health needs are too complicated and extensive so plan was stop seeing me.

My experience was fantastic. The staff is always “up” when I visit. They work together as a well oiled machine. They continually clean both the equipment and myself when needed. I will highly recommend this group to anyone. Dr Patel explains in depth what’s happening as do all the nurses who’ve cared for me. The Directors (Karen) door is always open.

Worst wound care doctor ever. Does not believe in infection prevention of the wound bed.
