THE WORST DOCTOR!! So upsetting. My grandfather went in to see her about a stomach pain for several months, we kept asking for a CT scan and she kept saying everything was fine and nothing was wrong. She said there was no need for CT scan. We went in to emergency and they did a CT scan immediately, with the news of my grandpa having a cancerous tumor. AND NOTHING WAS WRONG PONCE DE LEON?!! Don’t know why she is still working as a doctor.

She is incredibly rude, condescending, and belittling. She blamed me for my medical problems, and treated me as though I wasn't genuine about how I was feeling, like I was lying about my medical issue and wasting her precious time She talked down to me like I was too uneducated to understand her basic sentences. It was by far the WORST experience. I left feeling ashamed and humiliated when all I wanted was help for the pain I was in. She said I didn't need anything and sent me home still in pain

Always shows concern for my health. Answers all my questions, does not hesitate to order any tests that might be indicated, easy to talk to.

Of my one encounter with Dr. Ponce de Leon, I was extremely displeased to find that she was extremely unfriendly. She was rude, she was condescending and it was apparent she was not interested in listening to me as a patient, she treated me as though I was being ridiculous and that I was wasting her time. She cut me off to tell me I was wrong. She is definitely not somebody I would feel comfortable with as my personal physician because her attitude and treatment of patients is extremely poor.
