Dr. Bowen is very intelligent, insightful, and intuitive. His years of experience have helped him hone his diagnostic skills and abilities. He easily diagnoses patients presenting with complex neurological symptoms. He is a highly sought clinician.

Dr. Bowen is very kind and understanding. He takes time to explain everything and answers all your questions. He set me at ease right away. He also, made sure I was comfortable and frear free at all times. A doctor I previously visited in another state traumatized me, but Dr Bowen instilled confidence and trust. If you or a loved one are in need of a neurologist I highly recommend Dr. Bowen.

Dr. Bowen reminded me of the primary care doctor that used to treat my family growing up. He took his time, was very gentle and was great at informing me of my issues. Surgery was suggested ultimately. He was very careful to make me comfortable, talking about mutual interests while still testing my hands and wrist. I hardly felt anything, even though it was an electrical test, following up from the technician who tested initially. Professional, informative and patient-oriented. What more could you want? Highly recommended!

Professionalism, communication. Nerve conduction studies are uncomfortable. Dr Bowen lets you know what he's doing every step of the way and his diagnosis summary is concise and very informative.

I had an EMG done and I was nervous for nothing. It was a short and easy procedure. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr. Bowen was one of the nicest doctors I have ever seen. He made me feel very comfortable and put my fears to rest.

I had the EMG and NCS tests yesterday. Of course weeks in advance I had to search on 'needle pain', 'electric shock pain', etc., and the descriptors varied from 'excruciating' to 'not too bad'. So I prepared for the worst knowing it was going to be either like getting hit with lawn darts or multiple deer-fly bites. The first part (NCS), was actually fun. The physician's assistant explained the whole process before and during the exam. If you've ever been zapped by a 9v battery, you've experienced more pain from that than from the NCS test. It lasted maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Bowen came in next to perform the EMG. I conversation was so entertaining I forgot about the test which amounted to three pin pricks which were less pain than mosquito bites. This took less than 10 minutes. All in all, I wouldn't think twice about going back and doing it all again. Dr. Bowen and Mary are by far the best medical team I've ever seen! Thank you to the whole staff!

It was a very good learning experience, he took the time needed to help me understand my situation and steps required to remedy the ailments , He is as good as top shelf brandy !!!
