I went to see Dr. Shue in 2023. I paid a co-pay and my insurance was charged with actual evidence. Since then, I have received 5 different billing statements saying that I owe him and insurance was not charged. I called him 5 times to address this. Every time he said he would look into this, but I keep receive his statement. It has been a year and it is so unprofessional. Please be careful.

Best Doctor - caring and knowledgeable
Dr. Shue stood out to me as a highly competent and compassionate doctor. He listened well and went out of his way to explain things to me to address my concern and questions. He communicated with clarity and paid attention to the needs of the patient. He is very knowledgeable and kind doctor.

I was referred by my dermatologist. I tried to make an appointment by phone, but the person kept talking over me, repeating questions I already answered and kept asking it the appointment was my kids. I don’t have children. I kept repeating the appointment was for me. Eventually I hung up, unable to just make an appointment. I feel the front desk is incompetent, therefore, I do not have trust in the doctor and will never go there.

Dr. Shue is a wonderful doctor that I would highly recommend after so many unsuccessful attempts with previous doctors regarding my eczema, asthma, and allergic reactions. He was able to get my allergic reactions under control and I have been very happy with the results.

I have very bad eczema and have seen specialists from John Hopkins and Georgetown, but somehow I still suffer a lot. One of my friends recommended Dr. Shue. He was the only physician who actually listened to my story without any interruptions and then asked a lot of questions about my medial history. I feel like he really cared and really made an effort to solve my problems. After a few visits, I was much better and most of the eczema were gone! He is a great doc!
