Dr. Feiner is knowledgeable, personable and professional. He takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. You never feel rushed. Because of his reputation and skills, it is somewhat difficult to get an appointment but he's worth the wait. The practice is well run and efficient.

You come in and are taken care of within minutes. The staff greets you with a smile. They take information, covid questions, temperature and you have a seat. In a short time, you see one person for information and a test. You then go to another test. Now you are ready for the doctor. I really moved around, there were no big waits. Dr. Feiner is knowledgeable and kind. He did not alarm me, but explained that my condition had worsened and the process we would follow. He talks to you first, then he lets you know it is your turn and you ask all the questions you want. I had cataract surgery. I was sent to him to be diagnosed. I am a bit anxious, but I am in the best hands. The staff is your first meeting with a doctor’s office. This staff was wonderful. I am disabled and they were so helpful. Unfortunately I have to see a lot of doctors. This is a 5 star place in every way.

Perfection! Fast service, very friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable doctor, painless injections, clean and comfortable office. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Feiner for over 15 years and have never had anything short of a great experience. He stays up to date on all the latest retina treatments. Solely because of Dr. Feiner’s care I am still able to see after 15+ years of macular degeneration. Although I moved to another county I still make the drive every month rather than take a chance with a any other doctor. I highly recommend him.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Feiner and his staff. Incredibly thorough and professional and, equally important, he had a very clear and caring style of communicating with me as a patient. He instilled confidence and comfort. Highest recommendations.

Hi I am a 18 year old patient of Dr. Finer at NJ Retina. I was given a injection by him back in March that was given because of a complete misdiagnosis and now I have glaucoma at age 18. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! HE IS TERRIBLE.

Excellent Dr.... great personality and staff.is great.. I find it hard to believe that some people complain... been seeing him for 8 and a half years for hemorrhaging in my eye that our opthalmologist found during a regular yearly exam ..one eye injection was all I needed.... I. Referred a friend and she likes him too.... I will return in a year (was there yesterday). I never feel rushed. People who are waiting in office say they like him too

Dr. Feiner was a good Surgeon*. His assioate Dr Harris has very good bedside manor and if anything went wrong he would be there to talk with you, etc. Dr. Feiner did an emergency fix for my retina detachment that Dr. harris repaired days earlier. Gentamicin (antibiotic) was injected and into my eye, my vision was destroyed after Retina surgery He was not concerned about what happened right after the operation. *Ask Dr. Feiner if he had any patients that this happened to. Did he ever call, never!

Went to his Teaneck office.. The office is a mill. Told me I needed Laser for a retina hole. Barely spent 10 minutes with me. Didn't want to answer questions & was more interested in dictating a letter to my referring than talking to me. Every time you ask the staff they give you a different answer. Was not told of the risks. Office is very disorganized. Went for a second opinion at another retina specialist & was told I do have a small hole but it is healing by itself & do not need Laser now.

Dr. Feiner has been treating me for many years for AMD. When I started with the practice, I saw a few doctors & by happenstance landed an appointment with him. After my first visit with him I considered myself very fortunate to find him! He clearly explains the eye scans that are taken, discusses the changes, and talks to me about next steps. I have 100% confidence in his knowledge about retina issues. I believe I couldn’t find a more knowledgeable, professional, and easy-to-talk to physician.

Dr. Feiner treated me in the first quarter of 2016 for two large tears in my retina on an emergency basis. I am a Controller at a large multinational company and my vision is of the utmost importance in the profession to ensure my ability to continue working for a living so I was very nervous when the incident occurred. Dr. Feiner came highly recommended by my Ophthalmologist. I would also recommend him to anyone with a serious eye condition in a heart beat. My vision today is excellent.

Dr. Feiner repaired my detached retina. Before operating, he clearly explained in non-technical terms what the procedure would involve. He did this in a way which created confidence that he knew exactly what he would be doing, and that he'd do an excellent job. The next day at my post-op check up, he further exhibeted his professionalism just in the way he handled things. I'd say tht he is a top surgeon and a good, caring person.
