Terrific on all counts
I had a urinary problem that made my life difficult. Then Dr. Glickman's office was recommended to me and he and his staff saw me quickly, followed up with other visits in short order, and took care of the issue where others had failed. The group was supportive, efficient, knowledgeable and effective. Really great on all counts.

Excellent
I have been visiting Dr. Glickman for a year from October 2021 till now. He has guided me through what was a difficult period in my lift with comfort and sheer professionalism. I recently underwent a prostate operation and he is the only Doctor I would have trusted to undertake this procedure. I would recommend him to my family or friends. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Dr’s office canceled both of my appointments in the past two weeks with less then 1 hours notice. Once only 15 minutes. Additionally there’s a bait and switch. The Dr is listed as having multiple offices, but only has one on the upper east side. So my appointment meant to be downtown got scheduled up there. I went into the office to see why I was being canceled on within 15 minutes, and was told it was only because the doctor might be busy, but he wasn’t and I could see him.

Dr. Glickman was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. He took the time to explain my situation, offer proactive solutions and welcome any questions I may have had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Excellent care.

I am 4 weeks post-op and I feel like a million dollars and I owe it all to Dr. Glickman whose expertise in the use of robot-assisted surgery is how I was able to quickly bounce back to my old self. He has an amazing bedside manner which is important in any doctor-patient relationship. I would also like to thank the amazing team at Total Urology, especially Michelle B., who I may have driven a little crazy with calls or emails during any one of my many panic attacks.

Dr. Glickman has an outstanding bedside manner. His calm manner put me at ease and he took a lot of time explaining what my surgery would entail and made sure I understood. I did not feel rushed and felt very confident with knowing he would be performing my surgery. Very thorough.
