He is okay. His office staff is horrible. Every time you call it’s like a call center in India and they changed a policy to where you could be seen every six months to every three months with no notification. The patient portal has been broken for over a year.

Horrible experience
This Doctor seemed to have his own agenda. He didn't address any of my concerns. I ended up terminating my meeting with him in the middle of the visit and went to another Doctor to get my preop tests done. That was a waste of time and emotional drain at the time when a sick patient needs the most empathy and attention from the medical professional.

Dr. Kassis takes the time to listen to your concerns. He then asks follow up questions, he then explains and discusses potential treatments with you. I always feel that I learn a lot. He seem very sincere.

Pretty incredible experience... I was in the office for a follow up. He was 45 min late (no big deal) and when we started talking there was confusion about whether I had a physical a couple months back (which is fine no big deal. Immediately after I explained that his receptionist told me I paid for a physical he became extremely irritated and rude, evenentually telling me he wouldn't be my doctor. Was friendly at my first visit but did a complete 180. Would not recommend to anyone,

I'm new to the area and was looking for a PCP in the area. I saw Dr. Kassas the first time because I had a sinus infection. He treated me, but said he would not be my PCP unless I got off of all the medication I was on for my depression and ADD. I expained I they were perscribed by a mental heath provider where i used to live as well as since i moved here. He didn't seem to care and I got the impression he only wants to be pcp if your fit and are healthy overall. I thought it was odd....

Dr. Kassis is part of a medical practice with shady billing practices. I would be very weary of going there. As with most insurance plans, my annual physical is covered 100% but Dr. Kassis charged me an office visit the day of my physical because he wrote me a prescription for a medication I have been on for the last 16 years. According to him, writing a prescription was above and beyond the scope of an annual physical and warranted charging an office visit.
