Dr. Leonardo Menendez, DDS

Beware of physicians that can't handle being questioned and treat their patients like they have the IQ of a houseplant. Front desk staff and physician are dismissive about patient concerns and treat patients like they are the problem for having them and wanting them to be addressed. One must be rather insistant before they bother to take you in the least bit serious. Then it goes downhill from there.

Excellent recent experience. I had wisdom teeth needing immediate removal after onset of excruciating pain. Dr. Menendez was able to see me within 24 hours. Staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. I was a nervous wreck about having to have removals that was scheduled for next appointment. I called office at least three times asking about procedure and debating between local anesthesia and being placed under. I chose local and no regrets. Procedure was quick and little pain. Thanks!

He's a great Doctor! Been going to him for years. Would never change.

Its always a wait time, we've been to his office at least 4 times... His bedside manner could be better. I wanted to like him due to the location of the office but.....This doctor is all about money. If you don't have your co-pay, you don't get past the door. There is zero flexibility with him regardless if you have been to the office 1 to 10 times.. He has no loyalty to his patients. I will not refer and I will never return..
