I would have loved to give this doctor 4 or 5 stars but his attitude on my only 3rd visit was very, very, upsetting and unprofessional. I think that the stressors of working for a huge company - OPTUM has caused him to lose the concern and good etiquette that he should have with his patients. HIS MICRO-AGGRESSIONS and attitude was very distasteful. Let me give you some examples, he walks in saying "I don't have a lot of time for you". "You need to make another appt. to discuss a new health issue." "I am not going to call around to pharmacies to see which one has the medication that you need!" Super aggressive and inappropriate. I am not sure that I want to return to him with that attitude and this was only my 3 visit. Wow - he wanted to give me an antidepressant? I am in the healthcare field and I felt super sad and angry when I left his office. If I were not in the mental health care field I would have thought that I did something wrong and what did I do to deserve such treatment.

Dr Frenkel is an amazing doctor. He spent so much time with me, and was able to diagnose a rare condition that others couldn't for years. I would recommend him to anyone.
