Dr. Leonid Sorkin, MD

Dr. Sorkin delivered my first child and the experience was amazing from start to finish. His office staff was very helpful throughout the pregnancy. Dr. Sorkin made the delivery very easy and quick for me from the time that I got to the hospital. He was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time during my delivery. I will highly recommend Dr. Sorkin to all my friends and family.

Dr.Sorkin is one of the best doctors. He’s so kind, patient and smart. He explains things very slowly and answers all questions if needed. He really makes you feel calm while you’re in the office being seen by him. I would highly highly recommend him as your OBGYN!

Dr. Sorkin delivered my daughter 2 months ago. She is my first child so I was super nervous. Dr. Sorkin and Alla took care of me during the pregnancy. They were amazing. Caring, smart, answered my questions. Dr. Sorkin came in at 330am and stayed with me until I delivered at 934am. He really kept me calm. Dr. Sorkin's team is great. Staff is friendly and kind. I'm so happy.

Dr. Sorkin is amazing. Ive been trying yo get pregnant for 3 years and my gyno couldn't do anything. My best friend recommended I see her gyno Dr. Sorkin. I starting coming to the office 8 months ago. He found 2 polyps in my uterus and removed them. He started me on prenatal vitamins and supplements. The best news IM PREGNANT!!!!. Dr. Sorkin is kind, helpful, caring and explains everything. He answered all my questions. His staff is also terrific. When Dr. Sorkin isn't available I usually see Alla his assistant. Dr. Sorkin and Karina are the best. I delivered my first child in March. Karina was very sweet and patient. She answered all my questions and gave me great tips for back pain and nausea. I love Dr. Sorkin always answered my questions using words I can understand not that fancy medical stuff. He delivered my son and I didn't even tear. After my miscarriage I developed scar tissue in my uterus and couldn't get pregnant. My best friend suggested I see her gyno, Dr. Sorkin. Dr. Sorkin was awesome. Super professional, kind. Answered all my questions. I also met Alla and Larisa during my evaluation. Both also sweet and caring. After all the testing Dr. Sorkin explained that the cleaning I had after my miscarriage 5 years ago caused scarring in my uterus. He suggested a hysteroscopy to remove the scars. I had that done 6 months ago. Now I'm finally pregnant. This is the first grandchild on both sides. WE ARE EXTATIC. Thank you Dr. Sorkin, Alla and Larisa

I’ve been coming to Dr. Sorkin office for 4 years. Wait can be a bit long if Dr. Sorkin has an emergency but I see Larisa or Alla and they are amazing to. This year, Dr. Sorkin delivered my daughter. He is so caring, professional and attentive. He answers my questions. When I went into labor, Dr. Sorkin was at the hospital with me, checking on me and explaining what was going on. I was very nervous but he put my mind at ease. I knew everything would work out well in his hands. I pushed for 53 min and amazingly delivered my daughter with I’m so happy. Thank you guys for my precious princess.

IM FINALLY PREGNANT I've been married for 6 years. My husband and I have been trying to have baby for 4 years now. I went to 2 gynos for help but nothing worked. I almost gave up and was going to do Invitro. My best friend has been going to Dr. Sorkin for years and recommended I see him. He did a sonogram on me and found 1 small polyp and 1 fibroid blocking my tubes. He operated on me 2 weeks later. Amazingly, the surgery went great. he started me on prenatal vitamins, herbal supplements and a special diet. 3 months later I was pregnant. Besides having a great experience, Dr. Sorkin is patient and caring. Explained stuff in language I can understand. Used diagrams to help me understand. His staff is sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, sometimes there is a bit of a waiting time. but than again I waiting 4 years for this so I guess I'm patient...

I had my daughter 3 months ago at Mount Sinai. Thank you Dr. Sorkin for an amazing experience. The office staff were very nurturing throughout my prenatal care. Anytime I had an emergency they always found time for me same day. I met Dr. Sorkin, Alla and Larisa at various times. They answered my questions and concerns. Were pleasant, and caring. On my delivery day, Dr. Sorkin was by my side keeping me calm. He helped me push and I delivered my little princess at 342am. Amazing Doctor and staff

Dr. Sorkin and his team are amazing. I’ve been struggling with my fibroids for years. 2 gyns were pushing me to have a hysterectomy which I didn’t want. 6 months ago Dr. Sorkin did a hysteroscopy Fibroid Resection and Ablation. I went home same day and my pain and bleeding stopped. Yelena was amazing in helping get all the insurance stuff done and Larisa was awesome in preparing me for surgery. Amazing team effort. Now my mom, sister and 2 cousins come to the office.

I delivered my second son with Dr. Sorkin 2 weeks ago. I went to another OB with my first son. What a difference!!. Dr. Sorkin actually talked to me. Every visit we discussed what our goals are, what tests he was doing and why. At 35 weeks, he started explaining the labor process and what I should expect. I felt so calm and prepared. Then when I went into labor at 39 weeks. He came in at 4 cm discussed the epidural with me. He was by my side throughout. He than pushed withh me and in 1 hr and 12 min I had Joshua. Amazing experience. Thank you Dr. Sorkin and staff for a wonderful experience and my little miracle.

’ve been going to Dr. Sorkin and Larisa for 5 years. They have been treating me for fibroids. Over the 5 years my fibroids kept growing. 9 months ago I started having very heavy periods and pain. Dr. Sorkin delivered my daughter 2 weeks ago. The whole process was amazing. I came in at 5 cm. Got an epidural. Dr. Sorkin broke my water and 4 hours later I was holding my darling princess. Dr. Sorkin pushed with me and I didn't tear. 3 years ago Dr. Sorkin delivered my son. I would never go to anyone else. Dr. Sorkin is confident, caring, professional and friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sorkin and Larisa for 2 years. I started coming to the office because I was experience frequent annoying yeast infections. My cousin recommended Dr. Sorkin’s office. He and Larisa treated my infections and started me on vitamins and probiotics to boost my immune system. Now I get an occasional yeast infection just like anyone else. The office is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I have an emergency they get me in same day. Amazing office

I've been having yeast infections every month every since I was 17. No matter what I did they kept coming back. Before I went to Dr. Sorkin, I went to 4 other gynecologists. The put me on everything under the sun - creams, pills... The infections would clear up but then come back. My sister told me to see Dr. Sorkin. He and Larisa examined me, and ran a bunch of tests. They put me on a medication to boost my immune system and a special supplement. It worked. Now I get an infection once

I came to Dr. Sorkin 3 years ago because I tried 3 other Gynos and my periods were driving me crazy. HEAVY PAINFUL HORRIBLE. These guys tried like 7 different birth control pills. All that did was make me gain weight. My cousin was seeing Dr. Sorkin and Karina his assistant and told me the team is great. I went. Dr. Sorkin check EVERYTHING, so thorough. He found 2 polyps in my uterus. He did a laser surgery. All within 2 months of me seeing him. NOW AMAZING. Periods are regular.

I really love this office. I had a baby with Dr. Sorkin 2 months ago. My first. Everything is great now but during the pregnancy my son was found to have a kidney cyst. I was so nervous. Dr. Sorkin and Larisa were so supportive. They explained what was going on, answered all my questions, Lena setup the specialists. One phrase ON THE BALL.
