Dr.Jones listened to me about my concerns, he explained my issues, and answered my questions clearly.

I found Dr Jones highly professional. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions as he developed a treatment plan. Prompt follow up from the staff the next day.

The visit was very efficient and professional. The issues were discussed and addressed promptly. Very pleased with the staff and overall visit.

Dr. Jones made a thorough evaluation of my condition and created a treatment plan that my Endocrinologist could not provide. Please consult urologists rather than endocrinologists for any hormonal abnomalities.

Dr. Jones is professional and easy to talk to. He allowed me to talk through my decision to get a vasectomy without judgment and had empathy and patience for me to discuss my concerns. I feel confident about choosing him for my surgery.

I previously gave Dr. Jones a three star rating but after two additional appointments I am leaving a new five star review. I think that it was initially difficult for me to have a conversation with him but I now feel good about our communication and his advice. As I said previously, I believe that Dr. Jones is an excellent surgeon and now I can also say that he's a good communicator once you get to know him. Highly recommend.

1. Process to get an appt too long but expected due to Dr Jones reputation. 2. We were referred by 2 friends who used him. 3. Process after consult, July-Oct for insurance/paying/next steps/labs/pre-op and ZERO FOLLOW UP BY HIS OFC STAFF IS JUST FLAT OUT ATROCIOUS 4. Dr Jones work is top notch. 5. We kept a very detailed log of engagement with his staff and I cannot begin to tell you it was the worse experience professionally we've ever encountered. When you pay $40k plus in cash you expect a level of human decency, reliability and professionalism. I hope Dr Jones will have a moment to read this himself and use this in establishing a professional, caring, support staff to back up and represent his good name and reputation. Dr. Leroy Jones is a no-nonsense, intelligent, and moral, professional.  He does not waste time. I contacted Dr. Jones approximately the last week of February 2022, reference my four year ailment. Upon hearing my situation, Dr. Jones immediately scheduled my surgery for early March; all within a three week period. He is a true professional and a definite pillar of his profession.  I visited more than 16 urologist over a four year period from year 2016 to year 2020. Dr. Jones is one of the only doctors, of his profession, that immediately attended to my problem and needs. The previous doctors all exhibited immoral behavior bordering upon blatant racism. Dr. Jones morality, ethics, and genuine concern, for the urological health of his patients, is unmatched. He is a true urological professional. He is the best, regardless the rest.

No exam done. This is the second time I've seen Dr Jones where he never examined me at all, one time I asked if he was going to do it and he reluctantly did. You'd think a Urologist would at least examine the prostate of someone with a history of mild BPH and a previous biopsy for a benign lump. He basically made no eye contact, started at his laptop, reviewed my labs and meds and told me to come back in 6 months to review labs again. This after over an hour wait. Total BS, I'll find myself a new Urologist. I had good experiences with Dr Case, but he no longer goes to that location.

Dr. Jones is understanding and helpful with my issue listening to everything i had to say and giving me all my options. Very easy to speak with and staff are very helpful and friendly and make you feel comfortable with very uncomfortable issues.

Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. Very fast paced, hardly looks at you or acknowledges you. Had his head buried in the laptop about 90% of the time. I was explaining to him my concerns and worries about my situation, and if and when he did look my way he had such an apathetic look. In my opinion, he was not as thorough as I thought he would or should be with his questioning or examination. I left his office with more questions/concerns than I went in with. Also, no explaining for his tx to me.

If you are interested in professionalism or even the slightest bit of courtesy, I would seek treatment elsewhere. Dr. Jones seemed completely disinterested when I was telling him about what I'm going through. There is really nothing like looking into the eyes of your doctor while telling him your worst fears and seeing only what looked like contempt for wasting his time. In my case he's done more harm than good.

I was recommended to Dr. Leroy Jones & all I can say about him & his staff is they are all very professionals & caring for their patients & never made me wait long periods of time my schedules were taken care as scheduled everything very clean, everything well explained staff was well informed & explained everything very well so as far as Dr & Staff I give them a A++ !!

Excellent experience with Dr. Jones performing my vasectomy. He walked me through the procedure and took the time to answer all of my questions.

The previous two so-so reviews are right on. Dr Jones has a bit of arrogance, is not a good listener, and too quick to get out the door. No patient rapport. I'd go elsewhere if I was looking for a urologist.

He is an OK doctor that goes strictly by the book and scientific data. If it's not in the data or book, then it isn't true. He always has his head in a laptop, rushes you through and a personality like a rock. Also, I've always been seen over an hour after appointment time. Other than that he prescribes what I need.
