Exceptional
Dr. Anderson mastered the art of delivering an exceptional patient experience. Every aspect of her care deserves the highest accolades, which I know after being in her care for two successful knee replacements and now for my shoulder. Each patient receives a warm welcome from their loyal front office team, Pilar and Maria. They are the 'behind the scenes ' magic, giving each patient their undivided attention, with a can-do attitude and a smile, to create an efficient, stress-free appointment. Dr. Anderson is a humble expert who genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. She answers every question thoughtfully and clearly to educate patients on the cause of their pain and non-surgical options for relieving it before recommending surgery. Dr. Anderson is personable, compassionate, respectful, and highly revered. You couldn't be in better hands.

Dr. Anderson and her staff accommodated my urgent request to be seen for a knee injury on the same day I called. They were pleasant and receptive in listening to the cause for the urgency. The professionalism and high quality of care continued when I arrived at the doctor’s office. Dr. Anderson previously performed surgery on my other knee and I highly recommend her.

We came to Dr. Anderson for PRP consultation. Dr. Anderson patiently listened to our concerns, and recommended what was best for my mom, not just what we wanted to hear. She was extremely thorough in her examination and explanation of all the options. We felt completely confident in Dr. Anderson's abilities, and respected her honesty. You can trust her to not take advantage of you, and she really knows what she's talking about.

My appointment with Dr. Anderson was excellent. She examined my knee, showed me the MRI I had had done, explained that I had a lateral meniscus tear in my L knee and a fatty, benign tumor. She recommended arthroscopic surgery which she and Kimberly helped me schedule. Dr. Anderson was friendly and very thorough. She also sent me a link to start the Trainer Rx exercises. I have complete confidence in her as my knee doctor and surgeon.

Dr Anderson is equal amounts of knowledgeable and compassion. She is very skilled and takes the time to let her patients talk and ask questions. When I first started seeing her we were thing we might have to sell our 3 story house because walking up and down the stairs was painful. Now, I have no trouble and my walks with dog are getting longer. I’m so happy I met her !

Dr. Anderson has treated me for approximately 15 years for problems with both knees. I was recently treated with PRP injections in both knees by Dr. Anderson. She is fantastic and always has the best interests of her patients as her first and foremost priority. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson for orthopedic problems.

I've been going to Dr. Anderson since 1989 and she has been my go to orthopedist. Only once did I go to someone else because I was living in the East bay and it made me come running back to Dr. Anderson. She is totally trustworthy and always cutting edge (no pun intended) as far as new knowledge.

Dr. Anderson has been a awesome and motivating surgeon that I have dealt with. Her knowledge and understanding is very comforting. I had my surgery and post op appointment as well as a follow up. It’s been motivating to me because she makes me feel that giving up is not an option and we not I will push through this healing time together. Along with Dr. Anderson she also has a compassionate team rocking with her. Then have been very patient and understanding. They also reply promptly to my emails and have great communication skills which I find amazing.
