They’ll blast you on Facebook.
I don’t like how they handle criticism. I seen on Facebook a patient wasn’t happy with their services and instead of handling things professionally their employees blasted the patient on Facebook and Dr Bow sent letters refusing services instead of correcting a situation. Last few times I’ve been there with my children it’s been overly crowded and we’ve always been rushed out the door.

I see a "student" each time I take my son there. He's no where to be found. Last time his assistant Alex came in and she is so condescending. Not a fan of her at all. I got my insurance bill and she billed me for stuff that we didn't even talk about, and I had to challenge it through my insurance company.

My son is very friendly, high energy, and extremely playful. Other pediatric doctors I seem agitated with my son, which is weird because they're supposed to care for children. My son would dread going to see the doctor. However, with Dr. Bow it's completely different. The first visit with him and I was in awe. He catered to my son. He played, laughed, and spent a good 10 minutes focused on my son. Now everytime my son has to go to the Dr he wants to give him a hug. Dr. Bow is one in a million!
