Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Brimming with Contempt and Righteous Indignation
Years of visits have proven out that the lowest reviewing cohorts are the most accurate. Lesley is, in her own right, an accomplished physician - and she knows it. Feigns concern as a professional requirement, and the environment reflects this, from the unfathomable recalcitrance of Marisol in Reception to the cold distance of her staff. The few bright spots that were once her saving grace have either been snuffed out or left the practice. If you'd like to make personal contributions to her luxury car payments, by all means, suffer her presence. Your level of care is contingent on the depth of your pockets - to a point. Even then, one can't pay enough to instill empathy.

Dr Leslie Fein Is the most knowledgeable ,compassionate Doctor I have met. She is a true expert in her field. I took my daughter to 8 doctors and Dr Fein is the only one that knew how to treat my daughter. She is brilliant and allows you to ask as many questions as you want. Her office staff is terrific. If you know anyone that has lyme disease, she is the doctor to go to.

Dr Fein is the best of the best. I was diagnosed with lyme disease in July 2020. Infectious disease doctor prescribed 28 days of Doxyclcline. Shortly afterwards I experienced tingling/burning,stiff neck and clogged ears. Subsequent "lyme expert" Doctors recommended from do nothing ,to infusion to take herbals. All without any further testing. Fast forward 3 doctors later I was blessed to find Dr Fein. Dr Fein is without exception the best doctor I have ever been treated by. She is courteous, caring, compassionate and a brilliant expert. When you make an appointment with Dr Fein you see Dr Fein. She takes whatever time necessary. She ordered numerous blood tests and identified co infections. On subsequent appointments state of the art blood Tests are ordered and medications are adjusted appropriately. Comprehensive physical examination is performed. I have made outstanding progress. The support staff is professional and accommodating. I have been blessed to be under the care of Dr Fein.

My daughter was saved by Dr. Fein and her staff. She was close to breaking down and taking her life when Dr. Fein diagnosed her with Lyme disease and multiple co-infections affecting her brain. A year later and after many difficult appointments, my daughter is fine and her lyme is in remission. Without Dr Fein, I am not sure where we would be. Appointments were difficult because my daughter was not herself, but Dr Fein knew that and never gave up. We will always be thankful for her knowledge and perseverance.

Dr. Fein is an amazing doctor who saved my niece's life. I read some of the negative feedback and it's are sad because people may not choose her as their doctor which may be the biggest mistake they make. She is brilliant and so is her nursing staff. Yes, she may want to use her own lab for bloodwork because other labs show negative results when they are often positive. No, she will not waste time chit chatting because her visits are long and detailed and she often has the next patient waiting. She is extremely focused because the diseases she addresses have ever-changing symptoms.

Office staff is less than helpful. I'd give 4 stars for Dr. Fein but when you pay out of pocket for the most expensive dr around ( she's worth it), you expect to be treated better than you would at a public clinic. Good luck getting a response from the office staff in any timely manor. They could use a good dose of compassion! Maybe if they read the reviews that mention them, they'd think more about how they interact with patients.

I have no words to describe the deep knowledge and warm heart that Dr. Fein has. She literally saved my life when I was a 16-year-old, not being able to walk due to the loss of reflexes, and completely sick with neurological, cardiac and more symptoms. I have a long story to tell, but one thing I must say: Dr. Fein did save my life, and did the right diagnosis, and gave me the right treatment to get over that stubborn bug of Lyme and Bartonella. A few years later, I got happily married and gave birth to 5 wonderful adorable children. If not Dr. Fein who knows where I would have been now. I will never be able to pay her back for everything she did. Just G-D will be able to do it, and will for sure do it. Chayeh W.

Tried making an appointment. Was told I needed to make an appointment for blood work first. Asked about having some of work done at Labcorp so insurance would cover it. Was told “it depended on if the doctor would okay it,” rather than saying it would depend on if testing was available at Labcorp. Then sent previous bloodwork electronically so I could get that info and schedule. Never received an email or phone call back. This was two days ago. My health is important and they don’t seem to care.

I was stricken with Lyme disease back in the 90’s. My internist kept dismissing my symptoms as a viral illness, but my condition kept worsening. Fortunately I eventually found my way to Dr. Fein who treated me aggressuvely based on my symptomology despite having tested negatively for Lyme. It took many months but eventually I made a full recovery. I credit her with saving my life. I shudder to think where I’d be today without her. She’s amazing!

Dr Fein has treated my daughter for over 2 years. She has been a wonderful doctor. She understood immediately that my daughter had several co-infections in addition to Lyme. After treating these, my daughter's condition improved greatly. She is caring, listens well and is highly competant - always explaining her treatment decisions. She is eclectic in her approach using not only medication, but diet, supplements - any approach that will help treat the disease or reduce symptoms

Dr. Fein has given me back hope. For years I struggled not knowing what was wrong with me. After 31 doctors telling me it was either in my head or that I was fine she was able to diagnose and treat me for Lymes. Under her care I have faith that she will get me back to the old me. I can't thank Dr. Fein and her amazing staff enough for their kindness and caring!

I highly recommend Dr. Lesley Fein to anyone seeking a doctor of her specialty. Before my first visit with her, she had me come in to her office to have bloodwork taken. Then on my first visit to Dr. Fein, she meticulously poured through my previous 4 yrs of medical records asking detailed questions as she went along. She then listened intently to my symptoms and my concerns and then answered any questions I had. She looked over my bloodwork, test by test, to start to put the pieces together to

She is a very knowledgeable doctor and takes her time with you, however, she does lack bedside manner completely. Also, her office staff is really difficult to get a hold of, they have messed up the dosages told to me to take and are not transparent about results unless you hound them. I think she is really spot on but needs a better system/team and maybe some nicer social skills.

Dr. Fein is by far one of the most knowledgeable and capable doctors in the nation. Her patients come from Oregon, Maine, Florida; the entire US. No one can treat Lyme Disease as well as Dr. Fein. Simply put, she's brilliant: she teaches medical students at top-tier institutions such as Columbia University, NYU, Mt. Sinai Hospital and more. She also ALWAYS puts her patients first. I've had Lyme 3 different times in my life. Take it from me, if you have Lyme and want to get better, see Dr. Fein.

Dr. Fein saved my son's life. She is brilliant, but also fearless in her relentless pursuit of truth. If there is a diagnosis to be had, she will find it. We had all but given up hope of ever finding help for our son but Dr. Fein knew which obscure tests to order, where to order them from, how to interpret the results, and what to do about them. At the same time she has made us partners every step of the way, presenting & explaining treatment options. She is a gift & I wholeheartedly recommend
