Let me first put my surgeon on a pedistool , mrs boyd not just amazing but she is gifted. Also her team is so nice an loving , they make you feel everything will be ok and I guarantee you they are so correct. I woke up fro my surgery with no pain . My case was a challenge to her and that where she is gifted . Her experience and knowledge abt her job was well transferred to me and of course her other patients. On the same day I was walking like nothing happened to me strong and full of energy. Also peed, past gas and poop on my third day which is amazing after surgery. On my 4th day my body was flexing sooner than I thought. I have no regrets abt my hysterectomy or my journey with her. Appointments on time and well explained what she will be doing, mrs boyd and her team deserve all the credits I can give they make you feel like a human bean and well cared for. I couldn’t make a better choice. Mys body said to me I will make you feel so much better and take good care of you and she did

Dr Boyd is exceptionally comforting, patient and moreover, extremely communicative (especially with a novice like myself). I wish every person could find a doctor that inhabits those attributes.

I was made to feel comfortable and confident the minute I met Dr. Boyd. After 2 years of my original gyno NOT listening to me - and FINALLY doing the necessary testing, showing that I indeed had endometrial cancer and needed a complete hysterectomy, I was lucky to be referred to Dr. Boyd.. Dr Boyd took the time to explain the findings of the tests, what she would be doing surgically and what to expect regarding the recovery. The robotic surgery went smoothly and I went home the same day. I was called to see how I was doing and my recovery was painless. I could not ask for a more professional and caring dr. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Boyd.

I agree with the other reviewers, Dr. Boyd, her nurse, and rest of the office staff are so kind, competent and responsive! NYULangone is also a first class hospital that is organized and well run. It's nice to have a doctor whose team knows your name when you call even before you tell them! And they make sure everything that needs to be done is done the same day without any problems. Amazing team and doctor!

Simply, Dr. Boyd is a dream. She is an excellent clinician; conservative in her practice, which is quite reassuring (as the patient). Dr. Boyd explains everything in digestible bites, answers questions and is never rushed or hurried. She has an excellent bedside manner - calming and caring. Dr. Boyd instills trust and confidence, and I feel SO very fortunate to have found her! I recommend Dr. Boyd highly.

Prior to my surgery I was very scared and Dr. Boyd and her staff could not have made me feel more comfortable. I came home the same day. Started short walks 2 days after. I'm 1 week in and feeling amazing. I get tired a little faster than usual but I’m honoring that and allowing my body to rest when I need it. The incisions were beautifully done and I can already tell there won’t be much scarring. Doctor Boyd has magic hands and I’m so grateful to have found her.

I can't recommend her enough. She took all the time needed to explain everything during the consultation, ran us through everything to expect before the surgery, and my mother's surgery went flawlessly. She was up and walking around the day after having an ovary and tube removed! And she seems to genuinely care about her patients - she looked so happy to tell me that my mother would be fine. I'm hoping to see her for my own procedure in the future. Her entire team is amazing as well.

Clearly competent doctor. I recently went in for some surgery- after a clear and direct consultation. They are busy there- but I never felt rushed. Her entire team that she works with is most excellent. I felt I was in very special hands- and my belief in her with what counts- is 100%.

I went to see Dr. Boyd after pathology results from my myomectomy noted fibroid atypia. The wait is, on average 45-60 mins, but she's a specialist, so I am OK with the waiting time. I've been to see her three times since my surgery in late 2015; she is matter-of-fact without being cold or unfeeling. Dr. Boyd takes time to answer questions and doesn't rush you out of the room - she made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her.
