I received treatment from Dr. Daniel Callaghan.
Dr. Daniel Callaghan successfully treated my skin cancer. The staff at the Woodlands Blvd., Castle Rock were not as efficient. The prescription for antibiotics was not sent to my pharmacy as prescribed. I called the after hours phone # on Saturday and Dr. Callaghan responded to me then phoned it in himself. Upon removal of the surgical site staples last Friday one was missed. I came in Monday to have remaining staple removed and was kept waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appt. I give Dr. Callaghan a 5 Star rating and the supporting staff a 2 Star, though they were courteous and apologetic.

Great Dr. but Rude front desk staff
Dr Capin is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She knows me and keeps close eye on my dermatology concerns. However, the front office staff is completely rude when trying to make an appointment , checking in or out. They have mixed up my appointments several times in a row and are not accomodating or helpful in fixing the mistake. They are very demeaning in their approach with patients.

Bad Experience
No followups on patients ordered labs. No reviews to the ordered labs to address abnormal values. Nobody return calls. Front desks don’t answer phone calls. Everything is rushed. Their documentation doesn’t reflect what was done in the actual visit or examined.

Professional and personable
Dr Capin is interested in her patients. She takes time to converse and listen. A medical assistant records her comments as she assesses bodily skin conditions. The assistant also takes pictures of any spots Dr Capin wishes to compare in future visits. It is time well spent.

I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and she refused to see her because she was not “prompt” enough. Before my appointment time even started she had another patient back in her room. Very unprofessional and rude. Other staff was very friendly and provided a good experience.

Among the best of the best Dermatoligists
Dr. Capin is very careful when it comes to skin our largest organ, she is kind, considerate, careful, and exhibits the best qualities and competencies of a superb dermatological expert, Dr. Capin is not only among the best, she truly cares about her patients, it can be seen in her empathy, passion and love for what she does. I truly feel lucky to be a patient in her care.
