Dr Palacios-Helgeson performed surgery on me. She was so kind, gave great instructions, and was funny but professional. I felt so at ease for my first ever surgery under her care

Dr.Palacios is always such a joy to see every time I've had her! She's so good at always making sure I know what's happening and that I'm comfortable with every step of the process. She's one of the best doctors I've ever had!

This provider was the most thorough in explaining and taking time for all my questions she was the best provider I have ever had!

Dr Palacios treated me for a miscarriage that my body would not release and not only did a beautiful job surgically but she and her entire team were incredibly compassionate, respectful and attentive through the entire process which was scary and sad, for obvious reasons. Also I don’t know any other surgeon who stepped up to my bedside and held my hand as I was going under, reassuring me that everything was going to be ok! Our pre-op visits were thorough and I felt very educated going into the procedure. It took almost two weeks to schedule which I believe it more a product of an overstrained healthcare system than this team or their organization. They were highly organized! I hope I never need her services again but if I do I know who I will be calling.

The Dr. seems nice enough but the only way to reach them is via telephone. They will not answer it, people are required to leave a message and wait for a call back. Over the past 4 days, I left 5 detailed messages and they didn't call me back. On the first day it was partly my fault because my spam blocker was not working correctly. I fixed that problem, but still no call back. I needed a new prescription written because my pharmacy canceled my account because my insurance changed. Who ignores their patients like that?

Dr. Palacios was incredible! She listened, was respectful, and honestly, I am blown away. We addressed all my concerns and she worked quickly to make sure my needs were met. She was compassionate and informative while being effective and efficient. I never once doubted her expertise or ability. Thank you Dr. Palacios-Helgeson, thank you SO much.
