Dr Neese is nice and knowledgeable. However, every time I see him, I have waited an hour and a half or more. I brought my Dad and he waited 2 hours. Discovered they had not put his chart in the rack. I don't know if it's over scheduling or incompetence on the part of the staff. The front desk staff is almost flippant and rude. They have a sign that says if you've been waiting 39 min or longer let them know. It makes no difference to say anything.
