Horrible
She is my dad's Dr. The only thing she does is give him a nerve pill, which he doesn't need. He's running out of pain medicine early and she won't increase his meds even though he's been taking them awhile and probably has an immunity to the amount he's getting. I've been actively trying to get him to go somewhere else but she gives him what he think he needs instead of doing the hard, right thing. She needs to lose her medical license. She is making my dad s a zombie. She's not doing anything truly good for him at ALL!!! She's the Dr and instead of refusing the nerve meds and treating his horrible pain she just keeps writing a prescription for a med he shouldn't be taking.

Run, don’t walk away!
How she manages to retain the most amazing staff, I have no idea. She is very rude and arrogant to her employees and patients. Ignores the fact when she is doing more harm than good. I felt like I was just a dollar sign than an actual human being. My heart goes out to her staff who appear to be in a hostile working environment.

Ver disatified. Would not recommend
Dr Voepel and her staff are rude and uncaring. She doesn’t care about my past medical history, and apparently my current condition. My first procedure visit was filled with such confusion on their part that I did not feel confident in their ability to take care of my medical needs. Even the receptionist is rude and condescending!

Dr. Voepel and her staff are caring professionals who go the extra mile to help those truly in need of pain relief. Scheduling is easy and Dr. Voepel does what is necessary to control one's pain. Her building is clean and organized. She provides many pain intervention options from medication to spinal procedures. Thanking her and her staff is hardly enough.

I would not recommend Dr Voepel to none of my friends or people I know with my condition. If to know her is to love her, that was lost really quick in the last month or so. If your looking for care that will accommodate to your needs might as well forget it

Dr Li Voepel is the only Doctor I would allow to give me Epidural injections. She has assembled a fantastic team and it shows in her efficiency and talent.

Dr. Voepel is cold, rude and self-serving. This Dr. books multiple tests in her office with no medical value. She charges for services without telling the patient. She charges for care she does not provide the patient. One such service a patient incurs apparently before even seeing the doctor. You will be billed for filling in registration forms. In addition, listen to people who come in an complain to the receptionist and you will hear how she books these many tests over many different appoint

Extremely dissatisfied. Dr. Veopel showed little interest in physical condition, current situation, medical needs, consideration of current needs or past history and offered few future treatment options. Very poor communication and very cold uncaring professional attitude and little patience explaining things you do not understand. Will not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Voepel is an excellent Dr. She may seem unfriendly but she is just very focused about her work. To know her is to love her. Her work speaks for itself. She has changed my life and taken away my pain. Just go to her and listen to her. She is extremely knowledgeable. And her staff is great too.

Dr. Voepel is cold, rude and self-serving. This Dr. books multiple tests in her office with no medical value. In addition, she books these many tests over many differen appointments to maximize her profit. She is concerned less with successful treatment than making as much money as possible. A stressful, confusing several appointments. I kept going back a few more times. thinking that perhaps she had had a bad day?? Not sure why any reputable group would hire this Person. I feel so stupid.
