Didn’t answer our questions properly, it was like just yes/no answers with no explanation. She sounded rude and was annoyed during the whole visit for no reason. I will not be recommending to anyone.

I have been coming to Dr. Levy for 5 years with my son. She is always very nice. I have never had a problem. I will continue to bring my son here because the entire staff seems to work well together and they all communicate.

Dr. Levy is facing her computer during my baby's three months' visit. She asked me the same questions because she was focusing on typing things on her laptop. It was my first time to see her, but I was not able to see myself visiting her as my baby's primary care.

Dr. Levy was rude with horrible bedside manner. My questions were answered with minimal response, one to two words. Her body language and tone was displayed as annoyed. Information regarding my infants vaccine was never thoroughly explained. Her main priority was for me to agree to feed at the breast less and give more infant formula. I wanted to form a care plan that would work best for my child needs and she didn’t care to hear it. The entire visit I felt unheard and incompetent. I would not recommend her.

My experience at Park Pediatrics was terrible. I have twin 5-year old boys and when my wife and I arrived for the appointment, we were told only one parent could attend. We have TWO kids, with TWO separate appointments - we requested 2 rooms and one parent would represent each child. We were told that this can't happen, the appointments are combined because they are in the same family, and because of COVID. There is no explanation for combining appointments other than "because of COVID." I will NEVER back to this practice.

I would not recommend Dr. Levy to anyone who has toddlers. She was horrible with my 2 year old son, and I will NEVER go back to her again.

Very poor bedside manners. She didn’t explain the situation and my baby was cyrying out of pain. She behaved as if she is seeing a crying baby for the first time and her body language revealed so much to say ‘oh when will this baby stop crying and I have other stuff to do’ also she behaved very detached to the situation. So gently pulling herself away from my crying baby. Bad experience it was!
