Dr. Lilian Jalil, MD

For more than a decade, during which I have moved from middle to old age, Dr. Jalil has been my primary care physician. How fortunate I am that as I confront age-appropriate health challenges it is she who provides the answers to my questions, evaluates my condition(s), and treats me as a true partner in choosing the best medical response. Her training at elite institutions drew me to her initially, but it has been her deep experience, her caring manner, her thoughtfulness, her ability both to listen and to hear, and her mastery of both the science and the art of medicine that has confirmed my initial decision to become her patient. Her practice defies criticism and I urge any person seeking the best medical care to see her. She is in every respect simply superb.

One of the few physicians in my experience that fully listens, expresses genuine empathy, quickly processes your concerns, and gives EXCELLENT medical advice. She is efficient without being rushed.

Dr. Lilian Jalil has a great medical mind and superior skill at working with her patients to solve whatever is ailing. I got really lucky 15 years ago with my choice here. Dr. Jalil and Laura are always upbeat to can really lower your blood pressure on those delicate sometimes scary health issues. YOU GUYS ROCK!

When my doctor of many years left the area, I was recommended to Dr. Jalil with rave reviews. I have not been disappointed!! First she takes the time to listen and question everything I share with her. She is an excellent diagnostician. When I have had some concerns and subsequent testing, she is on the portal almost immediately with my results and with her comments. This eliminates a great deal of anxiety. She is proactive with suggestions and solutions. Her warmth and caring are clearly evident. I might also add that I have not had to wait more than a few minutes at any appointment in her office. The entire experience is a very positive one. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Dr. Jalil is the best doctor I have ever had and I am 85 years old. She is compassionate and takes time with me and listens to what I have to say. I feel fortunate to have a doctor like Dr. Jalil.

I rarely see doctors, because most don't pay much attention. But, at my age, I thought I should start to see a primary physician. By recommendation of another doctor I made an appt with Dr. Jalil. She saved my life. Last year, I had a problem with my stomach and made an appt with Dr. Jalil, however she was out so I saw another. I advised him of the problem, he took an X-ray and that was that. A year later, I went back to Dr. Jalil and advised her of the same problem...she listened and sent me for a cat scan. Pancreatic cancer was found. She referred me to a wonderful team of pancreatic specialists. With chemo and surgery my cancer is gone with no signs of spread. She listened, acted and saved my life. She is also pleasant, interested and thorough. She encompasses the compassion and ability of what a doctor should be. I am grateful I found Dr. Lilian Jalil.

I absolutely love Dr. Jalil. She is one of the kindest most compassionate doctors I have ever met. I hoped to be taken on as a patient as my former nurse navigator Kelly recommended her practice to me as being tops. I am newer to her. She goes above and beyond. With such a busy practice she always has time for me. I had a recent scare and Dr. Jalil and her team (Gloria) went out of their way to get me medication by scheduling a rush telemedicine appointment with a doctor . She is not only a brilliant doctor but fun and funny and takes the fear out of medicine by following my lead if I need to keep it light all the while she is concentrating on my health. Id give her ten stars if I could. She even stopped by just to say hi when I was in the hospital. I have some serious things medically and she is part of my dream team. Forget that one disgruntled review. I am a nationally recognized nurse practitioner and my husband in a vascular surgeon and Dr Lillan Jalil is, in our opinions, one of the finest medical internists in the entire Philadelphia area. She is a good diagnostician who is caring, compassionate and attentive physician.. Her office is well run too; which as you know is a big plus

Dr Jalil has been my doctor for nearly 20 yrs. I consider myself very fortunate to have a doctor that cares and is so meticulous at her job! Due to routine bloodwork that she ordered, she found out I had cancer. I am cancer free today because she found it very early. I am very happy to have a doctor with the care, compassion and expertise that Dr. Jalil exhibits.

Im writing about dr jalil she is brillant very kind and caring and has gone out of way to track me down when she needed to get in touch with me about abnormal tests and she wanted me to come to see her as soon as i got back she found breast cancer and set up a protocol for me also was the only physician who handled my para thryroid issuses got me to the great surgeon and when he was done with my surgery all my symptoms resolved . i cant say enough good things about dr jalil. she also took care of my mom and kept her going until she was 91 years old and she was also a breast cancer patient and also had a bad heart and guidedus through all of her procedures open heart surgery at age 81 and kept us together for whuch im very greatful until mom was91 then a crazy virus took her from me soagain without dr jalil my mom and myself wouldnt have made it im 77 years old and dr jalil knowledge and her actions for both of us i can never thank her enough . i respect her opinions on

Disappointed at this office, went in because of heaving bleeding, ask for a medication to stop the heavy bleeding, was refused. Being told to be seen by gynecologist on the same day, but they weren’t able to see me, I ended up in emergency room with blood transfusions few days later because scheduling with gyn is taking long. If she was able to help me back then, I will be saved. Unfortunately, I was not able to get any help from the doctor and the office even I beg for medication. Step out the office feeling extremely helpless.

I have been seeing Dr. Jalil for about 20 years now. She is an excellent diagnostician. She always takes time to listen and makes me feel at ease. Last year, I had a terrible cough and trouble breathing. When I called the office at 11:00 p.m. Dr. Jalil was on call. She insisted that I go to the ER. Sure enough, I was bleeding internally from a problem with my heart and was given emergency open heart surgery. Dr. Jalil saved my life and I am eternally grateful to her. Also, Dr. Garrido.

Eleven years ago I came to Dr. Jalil with excruciating pain. No other doctor that I had been to could figure out the reason for the pain. She correctly diagnosed my ailment within five minutes of my arrival. She is always present and listening when I have a problem. She takes her time and presents the cure correctly the first time.
