Dr. Liliana Gutierrez, MD

Dr. Liliana Gutierrez was my primary care physician until this Wednesday. During previous visits to Dr Gutierrez I thought that she was rather cold and impersonal but I just attributed it to her personality. I tested positive with a Covid test this Wednesday 6/1/22. I called her office at 8:45am and got the answering service, I told them my circumstances and ask that Dr. Gutierrez give me a call. No call back. I called back after 12:00 left another message that the office marked as an emergency. No call back. I called again. No call back. I ended up at the emergency room. So it’s not that Dr Gutierrez has no bed side manner - she just does not care. Save yourself some grief and find another Doctor.

Did not listen to me. Felt she knew me better than I did. Onnly saw her 3 tiimes, but came out of those experiences with ailments that I never had before, and do not have with my new doctor. Very bad exxpenience for me.

Dr G has been caring for my mother for over a decade. My mother is suffering from Alzheimer’s-related dementia and is legally deaf so she is a challenge to always know what to do for her. The doctor listens and takes the time to get the best way to help my mom. She is always treated with kindness and respect.

Dr. Gutierrez is an outstanding doctor. She has taken care of my 98 year old mother for years and I am ALWAYS impressed with her thoroughness as well as her kind and caring attitude. She is the BEST! However, getting through to her office on the telephone is nearly impossible. It took 4 hours of holding, leaving call back number, and redialing before finally securing an appointment. Over the years, I have found this to be an ongoing issue with Gulf Coast Medical Group. Their system is in drastic need of improvement.

This was a 6 month follow up visit. She was patient, professional and was caring. She did a great job of scheduling a cardiac related test that was somehow overlooked. She spent as much time as was necessary. She was very kind and encouraging.

Dr. Gutierrez is a wonderful doctor she takes her time to explain your health problems and keeps you up to date. Plus the office staff is very nice and and caring. I give her Dr. Gutierrez a five star.

Dr. Gutierrez is professional, yet she has a warm and caring manner. I trust her with my care. My husband and I love her. She is right to the point and sometimes I hate hearing what it is, but she cares for her patients. She makes you feel cared for, not just another person on the street. 5 stars????

Dr. Gutierrez is very very thorough and informed. She is caring, but direct.

Does not listen to the patient at ALL - I am not certain how she has stayed in practice - worst Dr I have EVER seen. I am not alone when I say, most people are attuned with their body - however this Dr doesn't listen, she "knows your body better than you." She has no problem billing your ins co for your visit, however, I have left almost all my visits with her so disappointed and frustrated. She prefers to not treat, recommends you go to urgent care. Why see patients if you prefer NOT to treat them. Glad to have moved on to a MUCH better Dr who actually listens.

Words can not express my appreciation of Dr Gutierez professional advice. All ways open and honest an to the point. She truly has extended my life.

She was my Dr for 10 years, and because I was diagnosed with a rare disease, this is the second one, she flat out told me that it was very hard for her to be my doctor. I couldn't believe what she was saying, because she is only my PM, I have an specialist who is the one that treat my rare diseases I'm sorry that I allowed her to make money from my insurance for 10 years.
