Dr Loe is the best physician I have ever known. Her genuine interest in me and my health is part of what makes her so good. She always looks for reasons I might be having problems. She never blows me off. If I call her assistant and if the problem warrants it, Dr Loe, herself, will call me back. The atmosphere in her office is pleasant, they seem happy, and are professional. I like the whole work environment of the specialist group. She is well aware of my basic health issues when she steps in the room. I like her very much.

Dr. Loe was very rude to my elderly family member who is currently her patient. She lacked empathy and compassion during medical appointment via Zoom.

I went to this doctor for years and I am paying for it now with damage from poorly managed hypertension. I had two other women doctors who left the practice so I ended up with her. I thought her physicals were rushed and slap dash. I complained at several appointments that I was dizzy and weak. When I finally found a new doctor, she realized right away that my symptoms were side effects from Lisinopril. I do not recommend Dr. Cayabyab-Loe.

Dr. Loe and her assistant are very personable and competent. Biggest problem in this practice is trying to schedule an appointment for senior patients. Once you get someone to answer the phone; scheduling appointments is definitely not a priority for the schedulers who don't 1. have any customer service skills and 2. obviously don't like their jobs.

Hurried, but thorough and clear -- impressive. I appreciate her sub-specialty in geriatrics. My husband and I both see her.

Dr. Cayabyab-Loe is competent and caring. The service received from her office staff is less than adequate. Her staff never answers the phone and response time for receiving return phone calls is usually 6-8 hours.
