Very thorough Internist who goes through every lab, test by test and explains the meaning of each test. She repeats the test that is in question and does not hesitate to refer her patient to a specialist for 2nd opinion if required. I recommend that Nelson to any adult medicine patient who requires care with an experienced physician and staff that are accommodating and care.

Dr. Lillian Nelson is an amazing physician. She's very thorough and takes her time to discuss symptoms, routes of diagnostics and possible treatments. She makes you feel heard and taken care of without the anxiety and worry of a doctor possibly missing a critical piece of the puzzle. She's not only an amazing physician but she's equally wonderful to work with and for as a nurse. Her empathy, understanding and compassion set her apart from so many other physicians in this area. It is a privilege to have her not only as my primary care doctor but also my boss.

Dr. Nelson is friendly. She is thorough. She discusses your problems in detail. She sees that you understand what your problem is and that you know how to take your medicine. You see Dr. Nelson and not a PA or NP. She spends whatever time with you that is needed to solve your problem. She has a nurse that understands her job and does it right and a receptionist that is always very polite and helpful.
