I had by 15 year old daughter see her. Initially it was a virtual visit and really enjoyed her. However, when it came time for a biopsy she was NOT good. She didn't allow enough time for the lidocaine to be effective, she didn't listen to my daughter when she said it hurt. Once the biopsy results came in she was very dismissive. My friend's 4 year old daughter had similiar experience with a biopsy. She may be knowledgable but she needs to learn to listen to the kids when it isn't going as planned.

Dr Soohoo is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable! She explains everything in language you can understand and answers all questions thoughtfully. I have been a patient of hers since 2001, and she has always been very professional, courteous and patient. I've referred many friends and colleagues to her over the years.
