Compassionate, Skilled, and Deeply Supportive
I can’t recommend Dr. Arora highly e nough. Finding a psychiatrist who is not only skilled in both medication management and psychotherapy, but who also genuinely cares about her patients as whole people, is incredibly rare—and that’s exactly what you get with Dr. Arora. One of the things I deeply appreciate is that Dr. Arora doesn’t use front office staff. From scheduling to follow-ups, you’re communicating directly with her, which makes everything feel more personal, private, and respectful. It also creates a sense of continuity and trust that’s hard to come by in most medical settings.Under her care, I’ve made immense progress with bipolar disorder, ADD, and addiction-related challenges. Dr. Arora takes the time to understand the full picture—she doesn’t just treat symptoms, she treats 'you.' She has an incredible ability to balance empathy with clinical insight.

Not Professional and Not Knowledgeable
I had taken my son to see Dr. Arora over the course of five years. Dr. Arora had arrived late on multiple occasions, and I was overcharged by the front staff twice. Additionally, Dr. Arora was not professional, not respectful toward my son, and not knowledgeable when treating my son’s ADHD and anxiety.

Therapy and medicine from an Expert
Therapy is an art. It takes time to develop a relationship with your doctor. I never felt rushed and every step we took felt natural. From the medications we used and adjustments we made to the therapy itself I have nothing but praise for Dr Arora.

An awful experience
Dr Lily Arora demonstrates a fixation with money and charges $1500.00 for a 45 minute initial meeting and $350 thereafter for 15 minute medication visits. Her distant & humorless personality would make Dr Arora better suited to working with specimens in pathology rather than treating vulnerable human beings as a psychiatrist. Dr Lily Arora is singular in being the least trustworthy mental health 'professional' I have ever seen & I would caution patients to go elsewhere.

Well treated
Dr. Arora is well trained, compassionate, and thorough. She responds to calls and texts quickly. The only very slight negative is that you have to submit to insurance yourself.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Arora. After trying other therapists/psychologists I ended up coming back to her. She’s understanding, honest, and you can tell she genuinely cares. She really listens to your concerns and will adjust whenever it is necessary.
