Dr. Lily Tran, MD

Dr. Tran is never there as she's too busy being a doctor for Leesburg hospital. What's the point of having an office if you can't run it? Her staff is horrible and didn't even know how to reach her if you went said hospital. I went there without appointment because I was furious of getting the runaround of being told to go to see her at the hospital when she wouldn't. I got treated like I was a liar about taking the medication I was prescribed, and promptly removed from the practice as I was 'too complicated'. More like too demanding the practice to do its job. Unless you have loads of money to bribe the staff to care, don't go.

Dr Tran is awesome everybody SUCKS! Billing is a nightmare. The office needs to get there stuff right. Probably won’t go back because they don’t credit payments.

As a nurse with over 10 years of experience and having first hand experience of this office, I would not recommend.- Poor to no communication- Lack of follow through- Inability to address acute issues or concerns- Constantly booking out, at times over a month, sometimes longer.- Lack of empathy from staffI did bring my grievances to the attention of the office manager, Janice, on a Friday. No follow up, called 5 days later and was advised she went on vacation. My issue was still not addressed by interim manager.

I loved Dr. Tran. I had a colonoscopy 2 months ago. The issue is now I’m not feeling well with stomach issues. When I called to get an appointment, I was told I have to wait until October, 5 months from now. I could be dead by then. The reception was awful. I really needed help and she refused to give me an appointment.

A really good Doctor

She is booked solid, no pun intended. Dr Tran and her well trained Staff and assistants performed colonoscopies on both me and previously my wife with High marks for extraordinary care. Her facility is spotless and her attention to detail precise. It took me a while playing telephone tag with her scheduler, but after that smooth sailing.

Dr. Tran is great but her staff are awful! They never return phone calls, and Michael is rude! She deserves a good office manager (me) and good staff that care because people usually judge s physician by their staff.

Staff never answer phones. Michael in office is useless. You will wait days for a response from their web site. Save your life and find a office that cares about your health.

I have had 6 colonoscopies in recent years so I can compare. The last two with Dr. Tran were humiliating. While I was in the procedure room laying on my left side speaking to the anesthesiologist who was sitting two feet from my face explaining the procedure and asking me questions one of the technicians threw the blankets off of me, opened my gown and had my naked body exposed. I ignored this as I was trying to talk to the anesthesiologist when the same technician started slapping my legs repeatedly yelling at me to straighten my bottom leg and bend my top leg over the bottom leg. She continued to yank, pull, and slap my legs until I was in the correct position. At this point I did not hear a word the anesthesiologist said. I’m no dummy and am not a shy person. I realize we bare all and are put in positions for procedures, but this is typically done after we are asleep to give us some form or decency. I will never return to this practice again.

I so agree with those who speak of Dr Trans wonderfulness as a healthcare provider. Being a person who had incomplete/failed colonoscopies from several others i searched long and hard- i have a challenging body for that procedure. But she did the impossible . But that's just part of my admiration of her. She's a true doctor in terms of CARE. I'm a complex patient and she treats your individuality rather than wanted to rush you along as being more effort than it's worth. A gem in my experience and i'm particular !

Dr Tran is a good listener and takes complaints very seriously. Seems to be caring and not at all, does she rush her patients.

My husband I have been seeing Lily for 8 years now since we moved to Florida, we thought she was wonderful and such a great doctor until he really got sick. We went the the ER a few times while waiting to get one of her appointments because they couldn't move it up any sooner, her nurses took a very long time to contact us back. While we were waiting on them my husband passed away. I will no longer be seeing Lily either because it takes to long to get answers, had my husband went to another doct

I love Dr Tran. I was impressed with her thoroughness, her kindness, knowledge and treatment. I have a couple of GI issues for which she has treated me, and I have to say, she is my favorite dr. I would highly recommend her.
