I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lily Tsai at Scripps. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Tsai takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answers all your questions with patience and clarity. She has a remarkable ability to connect with her patients, making you feel heard and respected throughout the process. Her follow-up care is excellent, ensuring that all concerns are addressed. Dr. Tsai is the best medical provider I've ever worked with. She goes above and beyond every single time. She listens closely, is open-minded, believes her patients, is super knowledgeable, is organized, and her team is awesome- prompt and effective and kind. Dr. Tsai did a robotic-assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy and endometrial lesion resection for me in 2024. She was informative, helpful, and clear. I felt well-informed before my procedure and well prepared. I stayed overnight after my procedure, they took very good care to manage my pain as per Dr. Tsai's instructions. She came by to check on me the morning after. She always completely addresses all my questions (I have a PhD in the sciences).Dr. Tsai and her team were great about any questions and concerns after the procedure and my followup with her was reassuring. She is terrific with open communication, willingness to address issues, and her positive yet compassionate approach is wonderful. I am doing much better.

My was referred to Dr. Lily Tsai for a large ovarian cyst removal. I was scheduled a month to see Dr. Tsai and was told she wouldn’t be able to fit me in for surgery until beginning of Oct. I told her I was nervous to wait that long due to a family wedding. She provided me a referral, this Dr. could fit me in but was awful. I am so glad I waited for Dr. Tsai. During my consultation I felt comfortable with her, confident about the plan for the procedure. She answered all my questions and got me in so I could dance my my brothers wedding one week post op! I am almost back to normal and am so thankful I waited for Dr. Tsai!

Dr. Tsai is fully present and really listens. Never felt rushed or spoken down to. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up on new studies. She did an excellent job with my surgery.

I will forever be grateful for Dr. Lily Tsai. After years of dealing with enlarged fibroids, I found her and she performed robotic myomectomy surgery. She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, patient, thorough, attentive and kind. She went over her surgery plan and followed up after surgery to see how I was doing. Her and her staff are always quick to respond and accommodating. My scars are hardly noticeable due to her skill, I highly recommend her.

Dr. Tsai is an amazing doctor as she is brilliant, completely on top of the latest research and very caring. She listened to all of my issues, answered MANY questions and helped me through a challenging time. She is also a terrific surgeon. The nurses and medical assistants in their office are also very helpful!

I have been taking my mom and aunt -- both elderly -- to see Dr. Tsai for years. She is one incredible physician. Consistently, she has demonstrated that she is highly competent, caring, and puts patients first -- genuine empathy, never rushes patients, takes a sincere interest, explores all options, outstanding listener. They just don't come any better!!

I have an appointment on August 15 7:30 am, and I called the office that I am running late and whoever answer the phone told me she will let Dr. Tsai know. I was stuck in the traffic and I checked in around 8:05 a.m. and I waited for 30 minutes or more then the receptionist told me they will have to reschedule my appointment. I called them I was running late and they never told me that they will reschedule my appointment over the phone. I could just turn back around if I knew they couldnt take me at all. It was a lack of communication and obviously Dr. Tsai do not care because she didnt even bother to come out and talk to me. She send someone else to do her dirty work for her. Very disappointed at this Doctor. Scheduling time sucks.

I originally chose Dr. Tsai because of her excellent reviews and her location. I was her patient for for several years and every time I met with her she always took the time to listen to my concerns and would explain thoroughly until I fully understood everything. I never felt rushed and felt that she had genuine interest in my comfort. From day one I felt completely at ease. Sadly, my health insurance changed out of her network, but I would definitely recommend her to everyone!
