After seeing 2 other specialist karam finally made me feel heard. She took all the necessary time to listen to my concerns and symptoms and did what the other two hadn’t. I had been so defeated before seeing her. She was an answer to our prayers.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Karam. She was the first Dr. To take my son serious and has helped in so many ways. He's on his way to gaining the weight he needs and now because of her we have answers. Very greatful to have her as my sons Gi.

Dr. Karam had a terrible attitude when I expressed concern about my infant daughter and her eating. Didn't listen to my concerns and hardly looked up from her computer screen while talking to her. She prescribed my daughter 2 medications and said she would see us in 4 weeks. My daughter has been unresponsive to the medication and so I called to speak to the nurse at 8:00 am and they labeled it urgent. Urgent at this office means getting back to you when the doctor has left for the day. Terrible.

Extremely long wait to visit with the Dr. For five minutes. For a specialist her questions were very generalized. Dr. Karam ordered testing and the office never called with the results, even after repeated requests. I could not recommend this doctor to anyone. My daughter is still very sick and I will be looking for a more thorough, compassionate doctor.

My daughter suffered from Severe Infant GERD and was Failure to Thrive. We got in to see Dr. Karam within a few days of our pediatrician's referral. She was wonderful with our daughter and really took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. She was very reassuring. I especially appreciated that she was very supportive of breastfeeding and was happy to develop a plan to treat our daughter that preserved that relationship.
