Dr. Lina Sakr, MD

Dr. Sakr moved out of state August 2022 and the office is permanently closed.

As a physician myself , I am very happy to be a patient of Dr Sakr . She is humble , listens, takes her time to review and update your visit to identify current problems and to formulate a plan of treatment . She has great bedside manners and makes you feel at ease . I am very sorry to lose her as my doctor because of her move to Florida. She took the time to help and transition and patients to another practice . I will surely miss her . Btw- her staff esp Brandy is the best .

Dr Sakr has been very knowledgeable in preventing this from happening, unlike another review here concerning blood clots, Dr Sakr has me on a regimen that has prevented the occurrence of my clotting issue, high marks for Dr Sakr, hers is a patient based practice,where the patient is as responsible as the Doctor for their health, hi marks from me for the friendlines of Dr Sakr and her staff.

My appointments leave me feeling that my concerns are important and I am in good hands. Dr. Sakr is knowledgeable and able to resolve my health issues. I appreciate that she has always been available when I am sick. She has even come to the office to see me on off days.

Dr. Lina Sakr is a wonderful doctor. The best I have ever been to. She is very courteous, polite and very patient. She found issues that other doctors overlooked or will not take the time to look into. I really appreciate her meticulous and thoroughness. Dr. Sakr also has a great attention to details and a wonderful bed side manner. A true Professional doctor.

I have been going to Dr.Sakr for years and mostly satisfied with the care that was provided. I lost my job back in May of 2020 due to COVID due to my company downsizing. I have Medicaid now and today was my second time calling to make an appointment. I was told 3 months ago appointments are 3 months out. I assumed she was booked and understood and advised I will call back. I called today to make an appointment and there was availability until I stated my insurance changed to Medicaid then she advised the appointment was booked out 3 months again. I asked are you discriminating due to my insurance when I need to see the doctor? She said yes then quickly tried to change what she stated. I have been a patient for years possibly over 8 years and have paid out of pocket for services and appointments along with having full coverage insurance as before. I felt like a second class citizen today and I am devastated. I will not be making another appointment and any moral personal would choose

Dr. Sakr is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor, she listens and takes time to make sure you get the care you need. She will also always see you the same day if it is urgent and you feel you can't wait.

I was in the hospital for Blood Clots, was never seen by Dr. Sakr, but I was still billed. Her billing department was not helpful at all and were quite combative. Then to finally be told the doctor does not actually need to see me or talk to me to then bill me for a visit...

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Sakr for over 20 years. She is thoughtful and caring. I especially appreciate her successful help with weight challenges I've had after surgical menopause.
