Appointments only
I have yet to experience a delivery with Dr. Ferguson, this is only for the surgery and appointments so far that I've gotten with her and at her location at 9000 shore road in bat ridge. The previous reviews that I've read, the only thing that I could relate is that yes she is ONLY in the office Monday and Wednesday and sometimes she's very late. I try to be understanding, perhaps she's just the only one OB with a lot of patients. My previous OB was Gary J Fiasconaro, MD who has around 45 years of experience but recently retired. So far I've had a pleasant experience with Dr. Ferguson, with minor hiccups but in the medical field this is expected.

Extremely unprofessional
There is a lack of respect for people’s time and she has absolutely no bedside manners. The prior review is accurate.

Very unprofessional
Waited 4 months for an appointment. I made this appointment because she took over the practice for a wonderful Dr that retired. Traveled from Staten Island. When I arrived I was asked what time is your appointment . I was 10 minutes early. Noone called you they ask. I say no. Oh Dr Ferguson is not going to be in for at least an hour. I explain that I traveled 40 minutes to get there and why wasnt I called? They didnt know. Apparently she decided the day before to come in late for her 1 day a week office patients but noone bothered to call me to inform me. They wanted to know if I wanted to walk around Bay Ridge. Are they kidding? She was supposedly trained by the wonderful Dr that she took over for. Well as far as far as I am concerned she can’t shine his shoes. The only reason he would be late for his patients was because he was delivering a baby. If this was the case with Dr Ferguson I would havebeen a little more understanding. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
